    @ViCustomerCare i am at my native village since last couple of days. Vi service is extremely bad here. When someone calls me and I pickup the call, it gets connect and your sytem speaks "you have dialed a wrong number" in between. Whtas the wrong?

    @ViCustomerCare Even though Vodafone is the most expensive internet service, it is unimaginable that for the last three days I have been experiencing very bad internet service and there is no cure for it.Extremely sad and reprehensible, don't use Vodafone I suggest to all

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    @ViCustomerCare ordered sim online on 13 July. The customer service exe called & said sim will be delivered on 14 July. Today is 17 and there is no communication. regret using VodafoneIdea. Poor & terrible service. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER
