    @ViCustomerCare Even though Vodafone is the most expensive internet service, it is unimaginable that for the last three days I have been experiencing very bad internet service and there is no cure for it.Extremely sad and reprehensible, don't use Vodafone I suggest to all

    @ViCustomerCare i am at my native village since last couple of days. Vi service is extremely bad here. When someone calls me and I pickup the call, it gets connect and your sytem speaks "you have dialed a wrong number" in between. Whtas the wrong?

    @ViCustomerCare I simply need enough connectivity to talk to my mother every day, even though I am away from home. Therefore, I earnestly request you to send your technical team to the location to fix the network issues so that I can at least speak with my mother over the phone

    @ViCustomerCare iam mov out for jammu kashmir where prepaid roaming is not allowed Wamt to activate Call forwarding however everytime it's getting failed due to restrictions from vi Customer care is absolutely unprofessional in response !!

    @ViCustomerCare I contacted customer support today, but the executive incorrectly stated that my number is not a Vodafone Idea number and refused assistance. I have been using this number with Vi for years and regularly recharge it through the Vi app. Please investigate and help.

    @ViCustomerCare even after one of your executive noted my case, @youbroadband has not assigned a technician yet and the case is still open. Is this the customer service quality you provide?

    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

    My maa has a Vi sim and the service is a joke. I've asked her to change providers so many times but she wants to stick to it. @ViCustomerCare is so far back on the caring for the customer scale it makes me furious!!

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your tower at Taragtal, Chaukhutiya (Almora,UKD) has failed to provide proper network since 2017-18. No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.
