    @ViCustomerCare i am at my native village since last couple of days. Vi service is extremely bad here. When someone calls me and I pickup the call, it gets connect and your sytem speaks "you have dialed a wrong number" in between. Whtas the wrong?

    @ViCustomerCare hi, could you please update the status of ticket I’d 4/144274361622 urgently. From yesterday there is no service in my mobile and my work is getting impacted badly. Really a worst service experience choosing VI as network service provider..😔😔

    @ViCustomerCare So… To resolve this, I went to the Vi store and got sim exchanged i.e. activated new physical SIM (75₹ charged). I was barred 24 hours as per RBI guideline. Now post 24 hours eSIM procedure is not active on my number. Please help to make it live 🙏🏻 & please improve eSIM process
