    ... And adding insult to injury @VodafoneIN customer care person calls me today and informs me to submit my bank statement showing the debit. I can't imagine this Co. can stoop so low due to competition. It's now resorting to #looting subscribers for generating revenue. @TRAI

    3rd day, @VodafoneIN still no call from you, no respite from the spam sms despite being on DND since 26th April, 2019. I feel porting to another carrier will be the only solution.

    @VodafoneIN Iam porting from Airtel to Vodafone, my unq code is am352174, your Vodafone sales guy came and filled all details and gave me a sim card, checking status says no record found. Customer care has put me on a wild goose chase by telling me to call different numbers.

    @VodafoneIN I was promised of 100 Rupees discount for my & my wife's no. by customer care service person Shafiq. But now I have received bill without that discount. The discount he assured was for 1 year & then again I have to renew it.

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer service are pathetic, from last 6 months I faced slow internet issue or call drop issue but till it is not resolved, your customers care always assured that they will update soon but till now they are not able to resolve. So don't claim that u hv fastest network.
