    @VodafoneIN When I subscribed to the 999 plan I was assured higher speeds but this is terrible. And this is not yesterday/today.

    @VodafoneIN I did a recharge and amount got debited from the card but it showed "transaction failed connection error", and recharge too failed, so I did a second recharge, which was successful. Pls help recover the first transaction amount.

    @VodafoneIN It's been more than 48 hours and you guys still been unable to activate a sim card. What is the issue with your store at Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai? This is such pathetic service from your end. Vi fails to provide basic service!

    @VodafoneIN when are you guys going to look into Data jamming issue at postal code 401303. I suspect some other service provider is jamming data on #vodafone as I get good 4G network but no data access. Please look into this urgently.

    @VodafoneIN got my plan changed without my authority and no intimation during the lockdown and expecting me to pay. Showing Resolved compliant even without informing me the case details. this is how you treat a loyal customer for 14years.

    @VodafoneIN No need to spend 800 Cr for branding. Improve the service. Customers will come back automatically. Currently facing poor voice quality, repeated call drops, cross connection but no one in Voda seems to be concerned about it as repeated complaints fall on deaf ears.

    @consumerforum_PLS HELP 🙏🏻. @ViCustomerCare are scammers. I had deactivated my Amazon Prime Subscription and amount was waived off. I ported my number bcz of their pathetic service. After the port, VI added Prime subs amount in my bill & asking to pay. WORST NETWORK.

    If you call the customer care from above the speed of Vi 4G, then it will remain the same for the next 7 days, saying that the call is cut, finally tell where there is no option to complain about your problem and how can anyone stay there? @ViCustomerCare
