    @ViCustomerCare Hi Monika, Problem is, Vi VAS team called & irritated me in the past at this much level that majority of its number I have blocked. Also, now simultaneously I am unblocking it accordingly post missed call alert but no luck. Better pls arrange the visit of RF Tech team to my place

    @ViCustomerCare After your assurance of blacklisting the number offering me 2 other Vodafone SIMs of similar numbers, I got 2 calls today with same offer! First improve your services which will motivate your customers to ask for extra connections! Don't push extra connections down our throats!

    @ViCustomerCare My mother's sim card was not working. At the age of 87 she had to visit Vi shop. A pathetic service by Vi and no consideration for its customers. Very disappointed and frustrated with Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare have visited store for changing Postpaid to Prepaid of my father (Age 64) Manager ( Mr. Omprakash) & CE ( Miss. Laxmi) saying that customer have to visit the store, given request letter to change but not accepted why? No support to Senior Citizen Really Shameful

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI VI stop cheating your clients. Porting is my right. Deceiving customers by making claims to cancel the port in request and additional increasing the cost. I was getting better benefits with JIO at 399, you promised me same benefits @399 and updated my plan.

    @ViCustomerCare yesterday morning 5.49am ordered new Vi prepaid sim through Vi app & Paid the plan amount.Still now sim not delivered! Called customer care, they are not responding well And there is no language preferents, they only talking in Hindi🤦now I don't know what to do?

    @ViCustomerCare Facing problem since morning. What's happening? When there is a power cut, Idea signals are nill and showing as. "GPRS". But when the power restores, it's automatically getting changed to 4G. What's going on? Very frustrating!
