    @VodafoneIN My query regarding the closure of the acc has not been answered n pl let me know as to why the acc has not been closed n when a customer wants to close the acc he has to visit the store several times n still the problem is not solved. The complaint is not closed from my side

    @VodafoneIN Kindly note that the instructions for closure of acc was given in October nfterbpaying the dues. Even after two months u r calling me to inform that the acc has not been closed n is inactive. I m being harassed for closing the acc n pathetic service u r providing

    @VodafoneIN seem like your all staff are mad, as per getting replied in DM. My account’s service validity expired. I’m not able to do call or incoming call (barred) And Getting charges thay why getting charges as can’t use service. And they replied charges are correct! #PackUp

    @VodafoneIN aren't you tired of giving reasons enough for your bad service forget being ashamed. It's been more than a week but the ordeal of bad network and call drops continues. I need a solution asap as my patience in dealing with frauds like u is wearing thin.

    @TRAI VI Vodafone Idea is automatically deducting balance Talk Time of many customers from 4-6Months. VI is activating VAS services on their own & taking advantage of poor people by showing balance zero. Kindly lookover this issue. @TRAI . I have all the proofs. @ViCustomerCare
