What is the compensation and resolution else let me pay the undue amount (which you all are charging without any reason) and let me port out

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for sending message, problem is we want to activate esim in our iPhone 14 phone but unfortunately @VodafoneIdeaIN is not able to resolve the issue. Though you have publicly declared to provide esim but it’s not working for you in india.

    @ViCustomerCare after lodging many complaints and waiting for more than 5 days on complaints, nothing done so far. This is worst of customer care. Would advice others not to trust Vodafoneidea anymore. Others are not the best but 1000 times better than you.
