    @VodafoneIN #Vodafone is the worst telecom service it seems. My Amazon prime membership was discontinued just out of the blue and the customer help is of no use. The mail to the address given bounced. The Vodafone play app is not opening... just going round and round.

    @VodafoneIN There’s a lot more than this. All outgoing calls fail due to poor network. Ongoing calls get disconnected too!

    Less than a week of porting from @VodafoneIN to @airtelindia I will have to port again. My complaint 31-821358657445 is not yet resolved and I do not get data services at my home location. And I thought Airtel had a better network.

    I am a @VodafoneIN, Gujarat circle user but now have permanently shifted to Mumbai. Om complaining about internet network issues, an executive from Ahmedabad circle says, “Madam aap Bandra mei rehti ho aur vaha nazdik koi tower nahi he” so lame and shame of you people!! @UfterYou

    @chris_mergo @VodafoneIN It seems they actually do work on complaints if you visit the store and file it with them. They fixed the 4G at my place after years of complaining on Social media and chat, only after i filed a complaint through their store. Try it if you have any unsolved issue.

    @VodafoneIN Poor service despite of being your so called "Vodafone RED customer". Wanted to Migrate from postpaid to prepaid but the support i received is very poor. paid every outstanding amount.problem not resolved in given time from Vodafone chembur store.

    @VodafoneIN As advised by your executive I tried putting the sim in my iPhone it worked but didn’t work on my moms phone! I spent 250 bucks to restore the phone and still sim is not working! It’s pathetic! Tell the procedure to PORT!
