@ViCustomerCare have visited store for changing Postpaid to Prepaid of my father (Age 64) Manager ( Mr. Omprakash) & CE ( Miss. Laxmi) saying that customer have to visit the store, given request letter to change but not accepted why? No support to Senior Citizen Really Shameful

@ViCustomerCare I am your customer for 14 years, but to replace a lost sim you are asking me to run for days, multiple visits to your stores in different locations. No resolution even after Aadhar, PAN and submission. At least tell me what's going on!!

@ViCustomerCare My mother's sim card was not working. At the age of 87 she had to visit Vi shop. A pathetic service by Vi and no consideration for its customers. Very disappointed and frustrated with Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Switched from Jio to Vi due to a Network issue but Vi is more tragic. Companies are moving to 5g Network. Vi still has 2G (E) internet. It automatically switches to 2G, Jio has Volte Network but Vi doesn't. Problem is not getting internet services on a 2G network
