    @VodafoneIN have got this nasty habit of activating VAS of their own and duping by charging customers. Has been charged for caller tune activation which I never did. This happened earlier too with my wife. Shame @VodafoneIN. Friends be careful about them.

    @VodafoneIN Your Executive called me in response to my grievance mail .First she said, charges were not for caller tune, then she confirmed it was for caller tune, and when I said that I had never downloaded any tune, she started teaching me how to use android phone. #cheatervodaphone

    @VodafoneIN Now the VAS charges for caller tune, illegally billed, has been reversed. However, further amount, call charges to special number remains unresolved. Issue also remains, that is , silently duping customer

    @ViCustomerCare If you need to link an email address to your customer's account, make an effort to get it from your customer instead of randomly keying in someone else's email. I've been a customer for 10+ years & this has been a constant problem for me.

    @ViCustomerCare Every evening there is an issue with internet connection. When called customer care they tell to restart or reinsert the sim, once my network was even connected to Karnataka, and each time they come up with a different change in network setting.

    @ViCustomerCare Every Vi customer care representative know only two lines, 1. Can we put your call on hold 2. Hum behad shama chahate hai ki aapko yeh samasya aa rhi hai They only know to put the call on hold and say the second line, they don't know the solution for your issue
