When someone calls me and I pickup the call, it gets connect and your sytem speaks "you have dialed a wrong number" in between. Whtas the wrong?

Despite that, I am still receiving 10–12 calls a day along with continuous promotional messages. I have already informed customer care multiple times that my issue has been resolved, yet I am being repeatedly pressured to continue the SIM and opt for new plans. This is becoming extremely frustrating and feels like harassment now. Please stop these calls and messages immediately.
