    @VodafoneIN Your Executive called me in response to my grievance mail .First she said, charges were not for caller tune, then she confirmed it was for caller tune, and when I said that I had never downloaded any tune, she started teaching me how to use android phone. #cheatervodaphone

    @VodafoneIN Now the VAS charges for caller tune, illegally billed, has been reversed. However, further amount, call charges to special number remains unresolved. Issue also remains, that is , silently duping customer

    @VodafoneIN have got this nasty habit of activating VAS of their own and duping by charging customers. Has been charged for caller tune activation which I never did. This happened earlier too with my wife. Shame @VodafoneIN. Friends be careful about them.

    @ViCustomerCare from past three month I am not able to call to any number in one attempt also when I receive call either I am not audible or the caller or there is breakage in voice.I complaint so many times not resolution yet they say merger is going on you will have this issue

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you...i ll definitely do this...i have been trusting Vodafone to resolve the ongoing network coverage issue for many years now..but that didn't work out...I feel that I am wasting my money to pay the bills on time and I deserve a better service.

    @Airtel_Presence I have already tried and it didn't work. Also it is happening frequently and I can't reinsert everytime. So please accept your issue and try to resolve it. Everyone in my place has the same issue. If you don't have any resolution, I am happy to move to @ViCustomerCare or @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare Just had a call from your exec telling same thing on phone what you told on email. with no justification on why first recharge is done in store and not online. You need to introspect on why a customer shall wait for 48 hours and still get a call to hear what you said on email.
