    @ViCustomerCare i am at my native village since last couple of days. Vi service is extremely bad here. When someone calls me and I pickup the call, it gets connect and your sytem speaks "you have dialed a wrong number" in between. Whtas the wrong?

    Hi team, We are using two consecutive VI  numbers  and we have recharged number 1 on Thursday and today while recharging for 2 mistakenly we have recharged again for 1.  No response even after sending mail to customer care @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare very conveniently has scammed me by showing my Oct 2025 recharge (₹509) - which ended in Jan 2026 as my current plan. Even the Vi App doesn't show my actual current plan ₹859 which I recharged in March 2026. They have cut off my data for 3 days. FIX THIS NOW!

    @ViCustomerCare shameless thieves. You instantly pocketed my recharge money after 6 months but gave me a DEAD network. No signal at all. Forcing customers to physically visit a store for your backend incompetence is a literal scam. Absolute trash tier telecom. #ViIndia

    @ViCustomerCare Every member of you customers support team seems to be a big lier.False promises.Misguiding customers.For the sake of increasing your customer base.. but don't they understand one frustrated customer might affect/influence at least another 60 people in his network to not take Vi
