@VodafoneIN first time in so many years I felt your service is bad. Your store people dint response properly. They asked me to talk to the customer service and there is no response from CS as well. Every call I wait for more than 10mins and still no response.

@Airtel_Presence This @Airtel_Presence provide pathetic service. Conerveted my 2G sim to 4G sim it has been 1 week my sms services are not working complained many times no one is responding. Beter to port to @JioCare or @VodafoneIN which is better than this Airtel guys.

To be fair, I receive a. reminder when time lag in time of payment and of reminder is less. I do not receive further reminder once they update their system
