    @VodafoneIN too many balance deductions, without any intimation , the only answer is get is no data available from customer care & we should contact within 24 hrs to know it, if there is no intimation how do we know

    Hey @idea_cares so your customer care agent told me that bcoz of merge between @VodafoneIN and @Idea the internet issue is occurring and it will be resolved in 2 hours. So what should I do now coz since 11th Sep 2019 I'm facing same issue.

    @VodafoneIN Better to start prepaid plans only with Unlimited Calling. Never I have seen 4G network on my mobile..frequent call disconnect and hardly connects to other mobiles..Time To Port

    I’m having same issue with my iPhone 8 Then I changed my setting from 4G data & voice to only 3G, but now data speed is good @VodafoneIN #Vodafonedown

    @Lokeshs03957595 @JioCare This has been repetitive in same area and also in Tech Mahindra campus. @JioCare @TRAI @VodafoneIN should look into it, we are paying full amount for services but getting such pathetic service.

    @VodafoneIN Last time I received a call stating they will send a technician to check on it. .. since then no update.. I don't think you will still help..

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India HI team the service of vodafone very worst continuosly this is the 3rd month all my balance has been deducted without initimation, if we contact them the info is to contact them within 24 hrs of deduction , how do we know i dont undestand so stupidity

    I have never seen a shittier network than @ViCustomerCare . I wanted to convert my sim card from postpaid to prepaid , i was asked to write a letter to switch. I cant believe that they asked me to do this in 2026. Wow !!!

    Hi Vi team, I am trying to generate UPC to port my number but it shows: “UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for change of ownership.” I never requested ownership change. Please cancel the request so I can generate UPC. @ViCustomerCare
