@VodafoneIN @Idea it is a just a waste of time and effort to give a complaint about the utterly poor network. It has been more than a month since I lodged a complaint. Your team members calls up and says they have CHECKED EVERYTHING on network and it is showing good signals!! Wow

@VodafoneIN @DoT_India @TRAI Balance is being deducted without intimation, when we contact back the only response is we have to contact within 24 hrs, if we were not intimated how do we know when it was deducted, very worst customer service

Hey @idea_cares so your customer care agent told me that bcoz of merge between @VodafoneIN and @Idea the internet issue is occurring and it will be resolved in 2 hours. So what should I do now coz since 11th Sep 2019 I'm facing same issue.

@ViCustomerCare Hey I own J7 2015, M30s, Tab A 10.5, M13, A15, A35 and I want to say none of them support Vi's Volte but M13, A15 and A35 support VoNR would you guys take a bit of pain to add them to your IMS config and database so I can use VoLte as now auto blocker restricts 2G

@ViCustomerCare absolutely unhappy with your service for tacking on false charges for 180kb data usage on intl roaming on the last cycle, as my data roaming has been off for months. I’ll pay the bill, but I am watching out for all unjustified charges from your end.
