    @VodafoneIN once of the worst broadband service(You Broadband ) I have ever seen my life.I made payment on 23th for new connection in kothapet(HyD).Till now no proper response from team members. Request my friends not to get this broadband.they will test our patience in peeks

    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India @TRAI Balance is being deducted without intimation, when we contact back the only response is we have to contact within 24 hrs, if we were not intimated how do we know when it was deducted, very worst customer service

    @ViCustomerCare Received call from CCE, as per her validity was expired that's why I was unable to block the sim. But after recharging the number still facing the same issue

    @ViCustomerCare This is really fustatated with VI store for not providing prepaid SIM when mobile phone got lost and we block the number. They are making their own way of talking and rule to harash customer.
