    2/2 @TRAI to pay Rs 500 approx which I paid amd asked them to terminate the phone number, they sent me a demand letter again in Feb and the same issue happened now in October they have sent me a demand letter again @VodafoneIN I am tired of this.

    @ViCustomerCare Mr. Kumar, difference in communication observed over phone a. Over telephonic time is 48 hours but received message for resolution is march 30,2022. Is this way you handles the customer complaints.

    @ViCustomerCare Responded to multiple Vi personal calls and clearly communicated the voice call concerns, time of concerns, available time at home but nobody seems from vodafone to listen the customer voice and keep making their own statement and conclusion. Solution has not yet arrived

    @ViCustomerCare charges minimum ₹128 monthly recharge to activate outgoing sms service, this is pathetic & against the rules as well so i request you @TRAI please look into same and stop such malpractice done by private telecom operators like @ViCustomerCare
