@DoT_India @VodafoneIN However, we are charged with monthly rental plans since that day. Our services are blocked and we are getting monthly bills. Concern is if we had already paid for our services to Idea, why we'll pay them again to Vodafone? Operators merging is not our issue. (2/2)

@DoT_India @VodafoneIN Tried to contact ever since then, but got no resolutions yet. It has been months now, no one is helping. Services are blocked and these numbers are official attached with every account. Kindly help us ASAP as the patience level has already surpassed now.

@VodafoneIN @Idea @TRAI VI I'm facing Calling Issue just because when I set my phone at LTE.. I can't make any call because your network is not showing VOLTE SO EVERY TIME TO MAKE CALL I HAVE TO SWITCH BACK TO WCDMA OR 2G AND THEN ON LTE FOR INTERNET AFTER CALL.. PLZ Solve

@DoT_India @VodafoneIN Already mentioned the issue in the previous thread. Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

I am tired by complaining same thing over and over but @ViCustomerCare can't understand the problem. I am having call drops for each &every call and also the network is not stable always switch 2g & 3g. Voice call also not good always drops for every single call.

@ViCustomerCare I have recharged 149 and 549 plan for activating international roaming. However its been more than 20 hours and haven’t seen sim been activated and receiving signal. It says instant activation for 549 !!!!
