@VodafoneIN I am not a direct @VodafoneIN customer but suffering due to mismanagement of its store. Kindly release guidelines to store manager for arranging a waiting lounge for customers not allowed to enter the store and crowd making inconvenience for nearby shop owners.

Sending a chain of continuous sms for bill payment reminders doesn't help as long as my billing issues remain unresolved @VodafoneIN Anyways my bill date is 12th June and your executive called once and never again. My billing issue remains unresolved.

@ViCustomerCare How can you stop the outgoing SMS without prior information to the customer? Lot of non sense msgs has been sent from ur end daily,but not even a single msg recd abt the changes in the plan. It's highly deficiency in service on ur part and for this reason plan to do MNP.
