And without information, rental changed, now outgoing calls barred. Even after complaint on 2nd aug, ticket closed without resolution. Please call on my other number 9654232308.

Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

We had already gone to VI stores, ane they said to call 199 May because of such things VI is making losses. Time to go back to Airtel.
