    @ViCustomerCare Every month you are charging some unreasonable amount in bill. This time you charge Rs.25 for VAS. Earlier also you removed and took a complaint for this. Please remove these charges as I donot subscribe to any such service. Please do and advise. Thanks

    @Idea @VodafoneIN My Mob no: 9911073845. My internet working more then slow 2G speed...called to customer care multiple times but no response. I really regreting to recharging dos 3 month ..really poor service I having 4 GB data plan daily and all data balance is remains.

    Whenever the lockdown will over, I will port out my @VodafoneIN SIM card. From last 6 month I am throwing my money into well and including all my numbers in home. Because I have complained many times for speed related issue. Now my patience level has gone. @rmstakkar

    @VodafoneIN I am not a direct @VodafoneIN customer but suffering due to mismanagement of its store. Kindly release guidelines to store manager for arranging a waiting lounge for customers not allowed to enter the store and crowd making inconvenience for nearby shop owners.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, Terrible experience at your VI Store near IMC Chamber, Churchgate. Visited around 2 PM, but staff refused to help, saying only one employee could handle my request while they argued among themselves. Returned at 6:20 PM, the same employee was out for tea.
