Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

Our services are blocked and we are getting monthly bills. Concern is if we had already paid for our services to Idea, why we'll pay them again to Vodafone? Operators merging is not our issue. (2/2)
