Unprofessional services from @ACTFibernet. Very bad experience so far and not recommended. Technicians doesn't bother about solving issue and keep on wasting time. They can delay a simple 2 minutes troubleshooting for weeks. Don't listen even raising multiple tickets. #Hyderabad

I have referred my friend succesfully, and he joined act through my referral, but no referal bonus adjusted in my bill amount. This is another reason why I want to move from act to another network.Ive called multiple for adjusting the referall bonus in my bill cycle @ACTFibernet

The Internet Service Provider @ACTFibernet is one of the worst service providers. For almost 1yr every month I have been raising complaints regarding bad connection no one will respond properly but they charge u full amount even if u face problem from der end.
