    Hi @ACTFibernet there is no internet from yesterday onwords. SR10138137392302 this is complaint no. Still there is no responce from your team. Its very difficult to manage work deliverables in this situation without internet. Do something on quick time.

    @ACTFibernet follwed 3rd of abv On 3rd April 2020 around1:15noon there was a call by someone srinivas 4 asking the issue and when I gave him the explanation the guysaid ok yes we processed 1 box deductions and let me  mention to the concerned team about the second box..

    @UdayMannam @ACTFibernet Yes Uday, the router has to be labelled as “Gigabit” to get speed beyond 100mbps. For now you can test it directly plugging the lan cable (from ISP) to computer to rule out other possibility like wiring defect or network setting on network adapter of computer .

    @ACTFibernet waste services you never stick to your own timelines, your area executives are pathetic they never respond unless they want to respond. Your doesn't know your own network coverage. All i understand is Actfiber is well known for acting. I never recommend to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet It’s down for 2 whole days particularly week days. I never seen or expected this from @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad. Thinking to switch other service provider as it impacts our WFH. Can’t rely on your service anymore as we don’t get resolution or proper update yet.
