@ACTFibernet same problem internet issues ,not connecting this is happening every 4 months ,and we complaint but it's been 72hrs no response at all . Very bad on your part. If this is the case we have 8-10 connections in this building ,will deactivate and take other good ones.

They will try to woo you back with big discounts and such, but their service will still suck. I suggest leaving their services only after you have used every paisa you paid for that month's internet.
