  @ACTFibernet The speed is not the one which i am paying you calling to your customer care no the executive don't have a single idea the SOP questions she/he is asking, then without raising a incident report ttansffered the call to some technical team and it disconnected.

  @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since 12 days!! We had to resort to install GX box. Have spoken to call center many times everyday but no one has contacted for install. Will you reimburse the last 2 weeks of phone bills where we used our own mobile hotspot? This is very bad.

  @ACTFibernet I got new connection for 6 months package paid all upfront including GX device charge quoted(1100). Got bill as 1486 GX and need to pay another 386, followed up sales exe/CS one week and now issue still not resolved but my connection is SUSPENDED. SR10867535151087
