    @ACTFibernet have some shame! It’s 7th day running and no installation guy turned up! If this is your customer service than you really need to re-think about your gradual failing of your organisation. Thinking to lodge a complain to #trai. Oh this is even after escalation! SHAME

    @excitel_rocks The worst service I have ever encountered.. Upgraded my plan to 100 mbps but never got more than 40 mbps and none of you ever care thrlough raised several concerns. You guys need to learn a lot from @ACTFibernet @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet switch box after he do's it will work for 5 to 10 day's and it will get same problem it's says that the login area is not registered please contact with call center can you please look and help me on the same I have raised the several request on the Sam issues.

    @ACTFibernet Hell of a response from you guys. Morning called act fibernet for my internet issue they gave 8pm as resolution time. Now they are saying it will be rectified tomorrow as now technicians are not available. Wonderful response thanks Act fibernet
