There was a cable breakage in the area yesterday and other ISPs who were also affected resolved it within 3 hours. Here iam still waiting for ACT to resolve it. No internet

Also said it will take time to resolve the issue, you may disconnect the connection, we will initiate the refund. Team it's been week still my issue not resolved its hampering my work.

Even with a power backup in each house, when there is a power cut, the internet drops for about 5 mins and get restored, the same happens when the power is restored. Can someone help?
