@ACTFibernet Hi, When thier is connectivity issue you people should max 48 hours to slove but the thing is you people will take 15 days to slove and the pay for that date you will won't forward by this this is loss to customer.Till now I didn't got the resolution of my connection

@ACTFibernet offer worst customer service instead of giving best... I am trying to contact your service team since Saturday, as my internet connection is down but not getting any resolution for that.. Customer service team isn't responsive and not helpful.

@ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10149626544352 is expected to be resolved by 12/11/2020 06:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY) T&C apply. This is still not resolved I have been calling customer service whole day and I get the same response it will be fixed in 24 hrs

@ACTFibernet 4th time in 2 months our internet is down. This is affecting our work & kids classes. No one, absolutely no one at ur end cares. Community is collectively working towards getting a different vendor now and I will be glad when you loose customers at this massive level

The actfiber App says "there's no such mobile number registered with us" now until yesterday I was logged in with the same number n raised a complaint as well.

Never seen such cheaters in my life.. @ACTFibernet cheats people. After disconnecting my account they have reactived it without my notice. Who has told them to reactivate it? Who has given instructions? @TSConsumers might help in this.

@ACTFibernet Your service has gone from bad to worse. Service disruptions have become far too frequent, and this time it's been over 16 hours without internet, despite multiple follow-ups. Hearing that there's an issue with junction box, but have not heard about the solution yet. Sadly, the service industry in #India continues to treat paying customers with disregard, as if we're cattle class. Truly disappointing.
