Resolve the issue soon impacting our work.

Team said material need to come from kukatpally and issue spot Pragatinagar hardly takes 30 mins but till not arrived since approx 4 hrs and your team still waiting for it with no work is this the way working as priority?

This is a clear example of an ISP fleecing customers, and I urge you sir @AshwiniVaishnaw to direct your ministry for action.
