  @ACTFibernet I subscribed for new act connection in Jubilee rd 86, on 2nd October, executive promised me connection within 48 hours, but as of now (192 hours have passed), I am still waiting for connection, poor service and execs dont answer the calls, they reiect your calls.

  Anybody else @ACTFibernet be fooling that due to slow connectivity on upgraded 400mbps plan, not even loading pages, they ask us to sign 6mon contract for new router that supports the speed, while you barely even get 100mbps at times?

  @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet! Complaint #SR10276509724354 raised 2 days ago—still unresolved. 3 technicians contacted, all refused to come with excuses. Am I, the customer, supposed to chase them? Internet outage is affecting my work. Do I switch providers now?
