Unprofessional services from @ACTFibernet. Very bad experience so far and not recommended. Technicians doesn't bother about solving issue and keep on wasting time. They can delay a simple 2 minutes troubleshooting for weeks. Don't listen even raising multiple tickets. #Hyderabad

The Internet Service Provider @ACTFibernet is one of the worst service providers. For almost 1yr every month I have been raising complaints regarding bad connection no one will respond properly but they charge u full amount even if u face problem from der end.

@tinucherian @ACTFibernet I have faced a similar issue with reliance postpaid connection many years earlier. What they do is a scam! They claim that when the Retention team spoke to you, they give you an offer of free service for few months and you agreed. Then, after those months we start getting a bill!

@ACTFibernet I seem to have had the most difficult experience with ACT, its been a nightmare trying to get a home internet set up. Its been 3 days and they have not been able to sort things out. Wud never recommend them to anyone.
