    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD again same issue started, if the payment is not made before by the due that's you will suspend the net connection, after payment you guys dnt even provide the proper service, ******* hel with you guys, this month is last.. Done with you services.

    @Paytm i have paid broadband bill today and from my account money is also deducted and still the @ACTFibernet page shows no update in the payment history and still no internet please help 🤓

    Dear @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD , It is very frustrating with Act internet. This is third time in the period of one month that I am facing network issue and your will not respond . Why don't you tell this that you need 48 hrs to resolve when we are taking the connection

    Such a bad experience with @ACTFibernet initially it was bad speed, then relocation is frustrating. Customer care not bothered. They promised 24hours but nothing delivered I’m a prepaid customer at a loss. It was a mistake switching from @airtelindia really frustrating.

    @ACTFibernet & @ACTFibernetHYD One of the worst and pathetic service from you guys.. I feel like you have kept this company only for money related but not for providing service.. SR10131934236392 have raised complaint on 31 Oct 19 yet it is not solved.

    @ACTFibernet I pay you 1400 for my 100 Mbps internet and I dont even get 2mbps speed! Me and my wife don't even get Wi-Fi in the next room! No signal at all! I sit next to the router still nothing! Raised complaints no help! One of the worst connections and support

    @ACTFibernet the services you provide and terrible and people you hire are so incompetent that they fail to respond even after 72 hours of booking complaints and calling them multiple times. I wish to book a complaint in consumer forum

    @abhijeetkumaar @ACTFibernet It's there way to say, we doesn't care if you have net or not, only money matter (pay the bill or els you account Will be suspended) , and service ******* hel. Best to take local network.

    @ACTFibernet Wow what an early reply.Your service Engineers wont lift calls on time and if signal is gone and we complaint,they will reply very late and wont lift calls even we call for 20-30 times.Punctuality is required .so when you recruit them..see this is as a first quality.

    @ACTFibernet Your concerned team has been of zero help so far. They said it'll be fixed by 8pm yesterday, then midnight, then noon today, now ETR has moved to 4pm today. Absolute waste of time and effort!

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, yes issue was resolved but it took around 18-20 hrs which is awfully a long time for restoration of IT services. Have been a customer for 5 yrs and this is by far the longest outage in our society. Hope this does not repeat.

    @ACTFibernet you guys are horrific in providing service. No connection even after 5 days of paying the amount. Either provide me a connection or refund my money ASAP. Every day a new person calls me and then he is gone.
