@UdayMannam @ACTFibernet Yes Uday, the router has to be labelled as “Gigabit” to get speed beyond 100mbps. For now you can test it directly plugging the lan cable (from ISP) to computer to rule out other possibility like wiring defect or network setting on network adapter of computer .

@ACTFibernet The issue has been resolved after 36 hours. One suggestion please work on the resolution time of the issues raised by the Customer since almost everybody is working from home and a issue that persists for more than 24 hours can have a disastrous impact on a person's career.
