@ACTFibernet Customers are experiencing DADAGIRI of actfibernet. Company has one of the policis is DOMUNHA. There executive will say one thing and will not keep their commitment. Customer has to go as per their sms only. Another financial torture.

@ACTFibernet I have resolved problem by self by going through YouTube, and your support email is not working kindly check it, because I have sent so many email luckily no reply, so overall very bad experience with ACt Fiber.🤯😠

@ACTFibernet I’m really amused here. Such a reputed company and such low levels of customer service. I’ve been complaining about Internet issue and without solving you guys close the case. When I escalated twice, you again closed before even making a call!

@ACTFibernet I just had conversation with one representative Mr Naveen and asked for delay in installation of service, informed will be get done 2 weeks because it was escalated to higher level. This shows their integrity to customers and their response. He disconnected call.

@ACTFibernet has taken money for installation on 23rd March, 2021. Till date no contact or connection inspite of multiple follow ups with customer care ticket no:SR10254433343742. Neither they are responding nor refunding the money. Be aware of this fraud company. Service worst.
