    @ACTFibernet y are u making a customer suffer? Rs 4595.52 debited from a/c **7821 on 02-04-21 to VPA billdeskpg.acttv@icici(UPI Ref No 109216009896). Its 2nd time I have paid for 6 months plan, shared transaction ID your team is not able to reconcile & my Internet is disconnected

    Worst experience with @ACTFibernetHYD team. There is no use with raising tickets SR10158125053945 . They are bothering about feedback without doing proper solution. As of now I have raised more than 5 tickets on specific issue and it not yet resolved. #dontuseACT @ACTFibernet

    This @ACTFibernet has the most utterly unprofessional bunch of team members. When you raise them concern, without listening fully they simply disconnect the call. Happened twice with me today. Since yesterday my internet is not working. Utterly disgusting service.

    @ACTFibernet it has been more than 5 days that I registered a complaint with you guys, our wifi has been down for 5 days now! No agent showed up, this is so much inconvenience! Please refund the payment and cancel your internet services.

    @ACTFibernet any company has its own return policy. You cannot make me use the Tapo home cam forcefully. It is of no use for me and I would like to return it off #Balamalladi please help on this. @jagograhakjago please look at way of business is being done by ACT Fibernet.

    @ACTFibernet seriously !? The worst every service ! I’ve complained some 100 times and they just auto close tickets. It’s not even a month since I got the connection. Network disconnects every 2 mins #actfibernetworst #worstcustomerservice

    Lately @ACTFibernet has been up with very poor service. For the past two months I have been facing major problems with their broadband and their billing structure. All that one can maximum get their customer care to do is file a complaint and wait for it. worst ever @ACTFibernet
