@ACTFibernet There is no connectivity since yesterday. And no one bothered solve the issue. This is 2nd time within 3 weeks. We all know how we are working right now. And without internet it becomes miserable. At onside you talk about speed and service the other side no response.

@ACTFibernet If the payment gets delayed by a day due to technical issues you slap a fine of Rs. 100 per day. But when there's an outage and you have to give a waiver which is just around 40 Rs, you take days to resolve, close tickets without attending. DMed the SR. Please "ACT".
