@ACTFibernet Very Sad, into the fourth day, and the problem still unresolved. As a customer I think I have the right to know what the problem is, and its progress status. A courtesy call with an explanation could have done wonders. That's too much to expect I guess.

@ACTFibernet And while I don't want to sound any preachy, I surely would like to make it a point and want the stakeholders to take a note, that it is fatal to have services down for almost a week. Please work on having a Plan-B/backup for such situations.

@ACTFibernet Very patchy and unreliable network. Internet has been down since 6PM on a Sunday. The ETA for the resolution is 12PM on Monday. A full 18 hours to restore connection, and it's not even raining!!! High time @ACTFibernet gets it "ACT" together. #ActFibernet #unreliable
