    @ACTFibernet Please let me know if u don't want to solve for issue I am OK to switch off power supply to both boxes ..I am being human by not doing that , as I understand what will happen to folks whose connections will stop workingIt is one month plus with continuous follow up

    Hi @ACTFibernet there is no internet from yesterday onwords. SR10138137392302 this is complaint no. Still there is no responce from your team. Its very difficult to manage work deliverables in this situation without internet. Do something on quick time.

    @ACTFibernet I got conctn on 13Apr20 lctn Sharada Nagar Mhptm Hyd ordered wit wifi router.thy hav conctd and actvd but didn't receive wifi router.if i try to reach sales team thy gave me another technician nbr(9553644113kumar)its swtchd off. Pathetic service which I nvr expected

    @ACTFibernet follwed 3rd of abv On 3rd April 2020 around1:15noon there was a call by someone srinivas 4 asking the issue and when I gave him the explanation the guysaid ok yes we processed 1 box deductions and let me  mention to the concerned team about the second box..

    @UdayMannam @ACTFibernet Yes Uday, the router has to be labelled as “Gigabit” to get speed beyond 100mbps. For now you can test it directly plugging the lan cable (from ISP) to computer to rule out other possibility like wiring defect or network setting on network adapter of computer .

    @ACTFibernet don't know what is wrong at your end. My internet connection keeps dropping every now n then. Complaining doesn't seem to help. Engineers say some work is happening at main server end and ticket is closed.

    @ACTFibernet What a shame! No internet since 3 days. Shameless company with shameful customer service! Ticket no.SR110511060871522 closed twice within10 minutes without rectifying the fault. Nobody to listen. Time wastage on nos.7288999999 & 9121212121. Zero service! Looters!
