    @ACTFibernet The speed is not the one which i am paying you calling to your customer care no the executive don't have a single idea the SOP questions she/he is asking, then without raising a incident report ttansffered the call to some technical team and it disconnected.

    @ACTFibernet you have the worst service in hyderbad try to splve that asap i have been giving complain everyweek regarding the same issue but till now it is not solved and i raised a complain before 5 days till today no one has even solved it stop fooling ppl try to solve issues

    @ACTFibernet No never ! Few days after it has been closed still the issue persists ! Why should i bother if there is a technical issue at my area. All i need is internet and just because i choose ACT, i am not able to work ..and you looting all my money , your customer support sucks !!

    @ACTFibernet I pay you 1400 for my 100 Mbps internet and I dont even get 2mbps speed! Me and my wife don't even get Wi-Fi in the next room! No signal at all! I sit next to the router still nothing! Raised complaints no help! One of the worst connections and support

    @ACTFibernet Wow what an early reply.Your service Engineers wont lift calls on time and if signal is gone and we complaint,they will reply very late and wont lift calls even we call for 20-30 times.Punctuality is required .so when you recruit them..see this is as a first quality.

    @ACTFibernet @ACT FIBERNET HYDERABAD Pathetic service. No Internet since two days, filed ticket but it gets auto resolved. Called customer service and they hung up. Will wait until tomorrow morning. If issue is not resolved, i will move to JIO FIBER

    @ACTFibernet connectivity is on and off since last two days. The problem keep on occurring repeatedly and it impacts online classes and work. Next billing cycle charge for active days only as it’s frustrating we pay for full month and your connection is off most of the times.

    @ACTFibernet how long does it take for you to address one issue? Technicians are calling me and in between the conversation they are disconnecting the call or assuring me the issue is fixed when it is not. Unprofessional much?

    @ACTFibernet Since internet connection is unnecessarily suspended, please start it back again ASAP. Any help you need to trace the money, I am happy to share details. Have raised dispute with Google Pay team in case there is an issue from their end as from my side, money is already deducted

    @ACTFibernet internet is down in South Bangalore area for last 24 hours and no action from customer service team... They closed the ticket instead. Very unprofessional behaviour from ACT
