    @ACTFibernet Need box installation for our 10 flat apartment with 8 flat owners are ACT customers, despite we are having wires from neighbor building, wires are hanging like ****. We have internal wiring in our flats, still because of no box, we have given connection from windows

    @ACTFibernet u got a very worst customer support and app, in net banking there is no option to pay through ICICI, unable to reach customer care, ur AI is worst which can handle few FAQs, right now I have only Icici how could I pay my bill

    @ACTFibernet in just less than 6 days since the last issue, again the internet service is interrupted. Have logged the request yesterday morning, yet to be resolved. Followed up multiple times again, so far no positive response. If I cancel the connection, would I get refund.

    @ACTFibernet It has been 24 hours without any internet service and you guys just keep postponing the technician visit time. Technician visit postponed from yday to this noon to tonight. Given this callous treatment would have to switch, post Dec, as subscription ends anyway.
