    @ACTFibernet applied for a connection and paid 3779 for six months. Now the act sales executive is saying connection is not feasible. I totally agree with this. But the refund is not initiated from act. Please help ASAP

    @ACTFibernetHYD dear sir we are still facing the decrease in the speed we are paying for 200 mbps but we are getting for 75 mbps this is getting customer very angry and I think rest of the act customer are facing trouble @ACTFibernet

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernet Why there is no option available for 1 month recharge? Why do you want to trap customers for 3 months? Most of the time your broadband is having issues. And could see the prices also more as compared to other providers. There is a rise in price every 3-6 months

    @ACTFibernet given to us is this your Area Tecnical person Mr.Ramanan 500043 is our Pin Code and he says due to VPN connection it will come slow i use VPN only for SAP after that i close it ,for some other purpose also i am facing this slowness kindly resolve this or i will shift to others.
