    @ACTFibernet Very Sad, into the fourth day, and the problem still unresolved. As a customer I think I have the right to know what the problem is, and its progress status. A courtesy call with an explanation could have done wonders. That's too much to expect I guess.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic is not the word to describe. I'm unable to raise a complaint even through your app. Every time there is an alert to login self-care to connect to WIFI. I mean it can't be a daily affair.

I have even calling customer care but no actions and resolution. Even the refund is not being processed on request. ACC no. 101668517199.This is harassment
