@ACTFibernet It's not yet resolved.. I have shared the pics of the Switch box with Nodal officer and still getting emails from them saying we are working on this. Not sure how long does it take to replace a battery in switch box. Pathetic service by ACT.

@ACTFibernet Since its resolution, the same problem has occurred twice. Internet is again down since moring. Called your sales guy and he told that a technician would visit by eod. Now not answering calls anymore! Paying full amount to use service for max 15 days!

@ACTFibernet My account got suspended on 16th Jan and as I called Customer care then they informed that as per plan i need to do payment for 6 months then only they will be able to change the plan. I did pay for 6 months and now my plan of moving is in motion (date mot fixed yet).
