    Dear #actfibernet i have been going trought the internet issue from pst 5 days till now now one has even helpled to find out wat is the issue and i am facing this evey weekend as you ppl gve big promotions on your internet before that try to solve this issue asap #ACTfibernet

    @ACTFibernet internet not working. Your App says internet is suspended and asks me to pay the due amount to raise ticket. I want to raise a ticket to tell that there is no due from my side. Paying another 1500 for raising a ticket seems to be too costly

    @ACTFibernet No never ! Few days after it has been closed still the issue persists ! Why should i bother if there is a technical issue at my area. All i need is internet and just because i choose ACT, i am not able to work ..and you looting all my money , your customer support sucks !!

    @ACTFibernet The speed is not the one which i am paying you calling to your customer care no the executive don't have a single idea the SOP questions she/he is asking, then without raising a incident report ttansffered the call to some technical team and it disconnected.

    @ACTFibernet over 8 hours since no connectivity. And we call it Digital India. Ridiculous service and ridiculous customer care. Will be changing my ISP very very soon. @reliancejio Your time to take over and show these guys what true service is. Hope you don’t disappoint.

    @ACTFibernet SR10252601478228 -Ticket is again closed without any refund. If you are doing it only for the sake of following process but not for the purpose of solving the customer problem, what is the use of even having the policies. Agent say there is no such policy for refund @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet No your service person said he will be visiting my premises to fix this issue, there are two other tickets raised for the same connection on different issues, you guys are not reliable anymore for remote work. We might lose jobs bcoz of you guys. Pathetic technical team.

    PT2! I specifically pointed out the problem. It's about 72 hrs now and they still giving the same robotic responses! The field tech is so expert that he couldn't locate their own internet box in their assigned location! @ACTFibernet My wrk is getting impacted!WFH is no joke!😡
