    @ACTFibernet FALSE promise given by ur sales person while taking connection stating the router will support internet speed up to 300 mbps, now wen I upgrade the plan to 100 mbps, ur technician confirmed that it will not support.

    @ACTFibernet we lost connectivity yesterday evening and raised a complaint immediately. Until now, there is no update. When I called to customer service, I was kept in waiting for 15min before someone connected and kept me on hold for few minutes and disconnected call. Disgusting

    @ACTFibernet Before upgrading plan from 50 to 100 mbps Plan, ur customer care associate had also confirmed that my router will support 100 mbps. WRONG INFORMATION given to me. Who is responsible for this issue ?????

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, I am facing frequent internet disconnectivity issue and I have rised this concern for couple of time but the issue is not rectified. And there is no proper complaint rising channel that mobile app is sick with the process of autoset questions and answers.

    @ACTFibernet I have sent emails, trying to countermand the previous decision but no luck as no such option exists in your list of options to click. What a shambles! I'm glad I am not your customer any longer. In a country like ours, to move to 100% online 'service' is rubbish!

    @ACTFibernet I am a disgusted loyal customer of ACT. I upgrade plan, pay 6 months in advance & all I get are headaches. Have raised a complaint. Can someone resolve this fully & completely & immediately. Pls do not test the patience of your customers.

    @ACTFibernet @consumercourtin No issue has been resolved. That is a joke. After collecting the charges for the connection, and one month subscription charges, not even the router was provided..it's just easy to keep closing support requests rather than addressing customer issues right?!

    @ACTFibernet FED up with internet connection issues, only interrupted services, ACT team sleeping not active in providing service. No one is bothered to take action for hassle free service. However, timely bills are collected with prior 10days notice period. Time to say goodbye.
