    I have referred my friend succesfully, and he joined act through my referral, but no referal bonus adjusted in my bill amount. This is another reason why I want to move from act to another network.Ive called multiple for adjusting the referall bonus in my bill cycle @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet your customer care and service in Puppalguda area has gone down drastically over the years. There was a cable breakage in the area yesterday and other ISPs who were also affected resolved it within 3 hours. Here iam still waiting for ACT to resolve it. No internet

    (2/2) their have been numerous follow ups with the area guy, but in vain. He has stopped picking my calls also. The customer care team is pathetic. This is emotional and mental harassment. Worst service ever. Would not recommend even to my enemy. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I raised complaint SR10179872550794 yesterday via your helpline (9121212121) and was promised resolution by 6:30PM the same day. It was then pushed to today 10AM, still not resolved. Support is now saying it will be resolved by 9 PM @ACTFibernetHYD

    It’s not about occasional downtime — that happens with every ISP.

    Really disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Even before my service started, they made false promises just to close the sale"it’ll be done today", "installation confirmed" and then just disappeared. No updates, no accountability, just left hanging after payment. Left a real sour taste.
