    @gopalvittal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its pathetic that Airtel starts a new Airtel1 plan and after 2 months cant organize 1 Bill payment. I hv made 3 complaints, Customer Care assures of correction in 72 hrs but keep billing me extra amt. It's disgusting +call drops etc.

    @airtelindia Worst network provider.on the way , Airtel claim that they are providing bestest network across the world but reality is you even don't care about the query of customer ,you also blocked asking and resolving Query service of your customer executive 1/3

    Dear @airtelindia, I disconnected my broadband with you because I got a cheaper and faster alternative. Calling me 3 times a day, every day is not a good way to retain me. If anything, completely puts me off from considering you for any other service in the future too. Pls stop.
