    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No response from customer care. Promise made by your executive on 18 July did not fulfill yet. Nobody responding to mail sent yesterday. Your team landed me in trouble that there will be 2 days blank at my work. Pathetic customer service.

    @airtelindia unable to take or receive calls from my home due to very poor network from you guys. Regular call drops with disconnection. Thinking of porting to @reliancejio if the issue is not sorted.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence One of the worst network and lowest data speed. All such claims of indoor coverage is baseless. 8802535303. Voice quality is poorest and breaks abruptly. Better you people work on improving infrastructure.

    @airtelindia the company is not at all moving everything moves around thanks application which do not reply any queries have only fixed questions and replies DOES NOT SOLVES problems customers have sending emails also have automated response and do difficult to get in touch

    @airtelindia i have done a recharge of 289 rs for mobile no. 8285518352 its zee 5 subscription plan but zee 5 is not activated yet why no links worked !! Airtel make fool to all her customer

    @airtelindia ur service is very poor. I hv changed my plan to prepaid on 19/7/2020. Still you hv stopped my network on 23/7/2020 night. 2nd mistake hv sent me bill of Rs 317/- u give big ads on TV people hv no complaints.air tell's service is v.v.v poor.

    No responsiblity,they will not pick your call not even in the office hours, they will disconnect your call which is a disprespect for me. this all is happening on the 3rd day of airtel fiber connect. Great service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Worst ever experience with Airtel. After continuous requests & complaints for over 2 yrs regarding network issues,Airtel failed in providing a solution.This is y competitors r rising.High time for me to switch over as dere is no more trust on @airtelindia @ndtvindia @IndiaToday

    I have been a regular customer of @airtelindia for last 7 years, I never had such bad experience which is convincing enough to push me to change my mind. Their employees are proactive to do their sales, once done they won’t even pick your calls morover they start to disconnect.

    @airtelindia 72 hours and still cant solve my internet issue. I dont live in remote part of india. Please help me with internet disconnection. @ACTFibernet Can you install a new connection in BLR. Need it urgently, within a day and hope you have better service then Airtel.
