post sales service. they have not even synchronised the remotes of the sett top box and tv as promised, although it is almost a years since i subscriibed. i request @TRAI to treat this as a formal complaint and take stringent action against @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia,

@airtelindia @airtelbuzz I just ported in to AirTel previous evening but despite taking 499/month postpaid plan 4G service is not active on my no 9899886518. When complained they say it would take 3 days to enable 4G. It’s very bad experience. Please enable 4G asap.

@TRAI @airtelindia having Airtel DTH connection no: 3015428876 (1-2-3 connections, new no's : 3028418070 / 30284157) not able to watch any HD channels/selected channels inspite of full recharge. Worst that no one at AIRTEL is able to resolve the solution in spite of 25 calls...👎

1/3 Airtel company is providing such worst services these days. I think you guys should focus on improving the quality of your services rather than bringing out new plans every day. I receive 2GB data everyday, even if I have used just 100-150 mb, it works poorly. @airtelindia

@airtelindia why are you sending me bills even after disconnection of internet services. After 2 months of complaint you are still doing the same. Every time I call customer care they come up with new issue ... please resolve this.
