    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My friend’s Airtel number of Buxar Bihar has been blocked by Airtel company since beginning of this year & after multiple assurance /mails with service desk it’s still not operational. Response is that it’s under DOT so not can’t be active! #Airtel

    @airtelindia Your vfibre connection sucks as not getting even 10 Mbps speed against 40 Mbps connection. Having lot of issues due to this.

    @airtelindia Local network provider are better then airtel. At least you can talk to them and they will respond. My new connection stopped working after 1 days and now I am running here and there.

Third class service, every customer care fellow will tell various stories.... they will tell DM, even if you do DM they will, we apologise for the delay @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
