    @airtelindia Glad to hear that you're rolling out 5g services in India. However, to be the best, you need to work very hard on your customer service. Your representatives lack professionalism, courtesy, proper training & zeal to help. You should revamp the entire process, though outsourced.

    @airtelindia I have raised so many queries on my fast tag purchase on 5th Jan 2020. Neither it was confirmed that fast tag would be delivered nor my order was cancelled. I had a worst experience with airtel customer care this time.
