    @Airtel_Presence Thanks for calling us, I had paid for fiber modem and xstream stb, INR 900 & 3999 approximately, now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is giving out combos, I am at a loss here, please do intra-department discussion and let me know a proper solution.

    @JioCare None of customer service channels are working. Chat , Voice - both channels do not have any agent rep available. #poorcustomerservice it’s been less than months and this is I believe 3rd or 4th that this has happened. WiFi not working. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia levels of service are going down day by day. My DTH in Noida has been dysfunctional for the past 15 days and all I hear is that work is in progress. 25029182 is my complaint number which was first reported on 6th June.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My outgoing calls have been stopped. I am shown as zero balance! There is a threat to stop incoming calls & service altogether. All because I made payment ahead of schedule! On 13 June I paid Rs399 twice, one since the transaction was not completed!

    @airtelindia I was using jio and got some network issues. Therefore I switched to airtel. And I found no differences. Can't use internet. Sometimes it's speed 600kb/s and most of the time it is 0.01kb/s. I can't even play YouTube. I have been missing classes on @unacademy.
