    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On 1st nov raised request for shifting of BB connectn to new address, but till date m chasing u and u are giving fake promises & excuses. My work & daily life is hampering Used to oay 1700₹ per mnth for 2 PP & 1BB. Ur service is pathetic.

    @airtelindia As a 1 Airtel customer I paid my bill on Oct 22. Your people didn't bill it properly and harrassed me fr not paying in different ac. You apologised and confirmed I wont be harrassed. But today u hv suspended my services. Most pathetic

    @airtelindia #airteldth unable remove bundled airtel dth plan. Help saught through app and phone ivr - not available. Customrtcare officer - not available - no option to speak to customercare. Unable to replace channels.

    @airtelindia @TRAI hi I had installed a broad band connection on 23 oct and have paid 1768 but it got deducted twice and now they are not ready to refund and don't pick up phone .It seems they have blocked my number.. Request the concerned authorities to please help

    @XiaomiIndia In your 9series Facing an issue of Continuous auto Switchoff & Switch On of Mobile phone because of Presence @airtelindia app in the fone @Airtel_Presence . MI India & Airtel has last customer pool facing this issue. MI Service center uninstalling Airtel app for now.

    @airtelindia beware this is the worst service provider in telecom industry. Lost money and time because they decided to provide wrong account number as a result service was barred. These problems have been recurring. Company doesn't have money to employ good support staff

    @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia For how long we can tolerate this madness of SPAM Calls even if we registered for DND service?Getting minimum 10-20 calls/day from call Center agents as normal mobile numbers.there no action.Stern and Stringent action required for such issues.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst broadband service provider,I have xtream connection with 100Mbps plan but Speed is only 5-10,complained many times but no resolution yet,only got False resolution feedback msgs. Broadband segment of Airtel is black spot on Brand Airtel.
