@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia so finally got a call from team and it is embarrassing that he replied same as before which means either your promises to provide connectivity is vogus or you just don't care about your customers. I am again saying if your company is poor I can pay for 300m cable.

@airtelindia This is most irriresposible team I have experienced with. I have a connection 011-43045707, I have got calls not less than 5 times to upgrade our line. Everyday we are asked about our address but no service representative comes. We will never recommend. Help needed.

@airtelindia It seems u guys have an exceptionally ****** service, let alone the product.I opted for Airtel one pack in June and till I don't have just the Broadband service installed(No DTH, Postpaid no.). Customer care doesn't even have a clue about what plan I have.Pathetic!
