Also with poor mobile network connectivity, where at many places @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence goes out of network, may be soon porting out if network connectivity issues persist. Today I was at place where except @airtelindia as other #Telcos where working perfect.

Till yday I used @airtelindia as only #telco for last 10 years with 3 #postpaid, #Boardband & #DTH. I opted out BB & DTH, becoz sub Std. service with low BB Speeds, offlines & zero value for money.I m a small cust, but u guys need revamp ASAP to compete & not losing cust. #bye

Since end April, I have been calling @airtelindia endlessly, first to activate my package, and now with bill problems. And no issues seems to be getting resolved, unless I literally call several times! In fact, so far, it hasn't been resolved at all! (9/9)

Similar assurances, similar lies. No call back. @airtelindia tells me my issues will be resolved by 3:32 pm yesterday (12.06.2022). It's over 24 hours late, nothing is resolved. I call again again today. I ask to speak with the floor manager. Am asked to hold. (7/n)

Thread @airtelindia has to have the worst possible helpline services. They are inefficient, they lie and they keep you hanging like they're doing you a favour by offering you services. I had gone to USA and asked for a one month international roaming pack. (1/n)
