    Resolve my pending bills issue since 6 months now, Atleast have shame to not harass your customers, since the number is important I end up paying the bill, and my plan doesn’t change in the app, and you all not changing it in calls either! This is cheating! @airtelindia

    @airtelindia service sucks! Sim stopped working suddenly yday. Store issued a dup sim but also barred my number on their own and logged lost phone! Now I am chasing them to get my sim activated which I am told is a complaint that will take another 48 hrs! So much premium services

    Though the order was showing payment failed, @airtelindia did add the charge to the post bill. I asked customer support to revise the bill multiple times and file a complaint to remove the extra charges.

    He told me that this is @airtelindia policy, this charge cannot be removed, you have to pay. I was really surprised to hear such a word. @airtelindia promises to his customer satisfaction, VIP service. I had a very bad experience with @airtelindia.
