The shameless @airtelindia guys who say their network is available virtually EVERYWHERE, tells me they don’t have towers in my sector & I need to get ANOTHER broadband connection to be able to make calls from my number. PS: They don’t even have broadband lines here. Noida 42.

@airtelindia Both of my parents r using airtel network in Gwalior MP & dr couldn't anything more disgusting than ur network coverage. Since last week we could not talk for even 10 secs in a go. I am able to listen them but they are not.

@Airtel_Presence Thanks to priya who gave me good time and help me in getting a alternate solution of network issue. But next all from @airtelindia surprised me, i have been informed company has shortage of 5G routers so cant upgrade my plan as committed. @TRAI must ask them to stop marketing.

@airtelindia Worst customer service, support guys and customer service guys. I upgraded to a Oneairtel plan recently 28th Nov, and till now my modem was not upgraded to get 200mbps speed. Order created 5 times to change the modem, and it cancelled everytime without my notice.
