I made payment on Dec 20, and same was not acknowledged. After complaint I get SMS that its recd, other dept keep reminding of overdue. I want to get rid of Airtel.

Rs 2341 was paid on 20/12 as per TXN 20122055117 and Airtel SMS that in 4 hrs it will be uploaded. As yet 121 doesn't know neither any SMS. Airtel is a pain.
