They will tell you at last that your sim is faulty and change sim at your own cost. Jabki sim ka issue hai hi nahi.. Issue is with their network coverage which is so detoeriated now.. I am chasing them since 30NOV22 but no resolution

I requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 22, more than 48 hrs (and counting), with advance payment made & multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.
