    @airtelindia Internet is out for the 5th time this month. Again since yesterday. Called many times and no response from your technician. It was supposed to be fixed by today morning. No communication received so far. Pathetic service airtel Xtreme.

    Cancelled the airtel internet on 23rd July. Still receiving the bills. It was promised that the services will be deactivated within 7 working days, but what about the 2 months advanced rental..i guess that's what customer service is all about @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care exp. I have requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 2022, more than 48 hours (and counting), with advance payment made & multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your 121 service is pointless as no option to speak with CCE is given IVR does not give you an option to discuss your issues. I have sent a mail close all my landline numbers with immediate effect @reliancejio installed. cust care at S50 is helpless

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I shifted from jio to airtel for better network but in sec 62 noida 5g network is not working has to shift to 4g network manually. Kindly check the same.

    Hello guys Thinking of getting broadband? My experience with @airtelindia has been terrible—poor service, false commitments, delayed refund, and no proper response. I regret choosing Airtel. I'd recommend considering Jio instead.

    @_kumbhkaran They are not even providing unlimited 5g data when I use zee 5 for fifa matches in the mobile . Even they turn the network into 4g . Totally pathetic service and ruined the experience of watching in full hd . @airtelindia

    I am unable to connect the call. However, there is an auto-disconnect in the call. Perhaps it's because the Haryana Circle Contact Number begins with 0130-2203700 / 01 for the mobile number +91 9963033312. Fortunately, you have to resolve this. It's only the Haryana landline that begins with 0130 ******, but I'm able to connect the call for the other network operator, Vi. I hope you are willing to resolve the grievance. @airtelindia

    This is the 4th or 5th time I'm raising a postpaid complaint still didn't get any update This is the order id 31-1000015013828 Please solve the issue as soon as possible @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If not I'll discontinue service within a week.

    Had an internal assessment today and lost it within the first few minutes because of poor network connectivity. Thankfully, this won't affect my career in any significant way. But thousands of people rely on this network for exams, interviews, work, and opportunities that do matter. It can cost people opportunities. Please look into this and fix it ASAP, @airtelindia 🙏.
