    @airtelindia i am facing the connectivity issue in my area for last 2 month Despite several followWe are literally unable to make calls or receive calls. Signal is zero in my area of noida...for calling we are depends on the JIO wifi network... Now porting is the only solution.

    @TataPlayin hey Tata play, your (wi-fi) has no customer value or they are stubborn enough not to improve. In past 5 months I have made more than 20 complaints of frequent disconnection but completely failed to secure my trust in comparison to @airtelindia 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    @airtelindia i have been struggling to get my connection disconnected as every time your executives r giving false excuses and assure call back with resolution.. not sure if this is new way of customer retention...be competitive rather using these fake gimmicks

    Hey @airtelindia I reached my dad’s phone with ₹100/- but he didn’t received outgoing even after receiving talk time of ₹81.75/- Now when I checked what is the problem I got to know that I have mistakenly recharged the phone with a wrong plan, which was discontinued. (1/1)

    @rohandas231 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Nothing will happen.. They will tell you at last that your sim is faulty and change sim at your own cost. Jabki sim ka issue hai hi nahi.. Issue is with their network coverage which is so detoeriated now.. I am chasing them since 30NOV22 but no resolution

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pathetic customer service for so called Airtel Black. 10 days since shifting request has been raised & all I get to hear is - it is not possible to shift optical fibre which I already had in place for so long in city like Bangalore. Closure time.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel hits a new low. DTH not working since 4 days and the assigned Airtel engineer did not visit and says - not my problem. Ask customer care for another engineer. Time to port all services out of Airtel it seems!!!

    @airtelindia why is it that you guys cannot provide proper network? I am an Airtel black member and I have 9 connection made into a bundle and the network is absolutely horrible. I’m paying a monthly bill of 4K and yet you guys cannot provide good decent network. I’ll be porting all my connection into a better network if you cannot provide what you promised for.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 2/2 Every time I call 121, I get a diff explanation from a different support executive. 1 says the plan must be unbundled first, another says the device is unavailable for procurement Can some1 plz provide a clear, consistent update instead of conflicting info every time I call?

    @alpanajain50 @airtelindia Same issue with ke WiFi problem since 8 june morning despite my repeatedly reporting my problem at 121 they are not able to solve my problem and they are not even sending a technician to my place. Even i visited the local Airtel office they are not raising a complaint.
