    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been two week in my locality, The Internet is fluctuating, even opening a web page is taking so much time and the ping is higher most of the time. If the airtel provies this kind of service who will continue to use airtel. Please resole it ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my brodband 05514024736 with 589,40mbps,1month validity using airtel thanks app, but airtel finished my validity on 30 may means in 15 days only due to their technical issues and now they are not adjusting my remaining validity. Cheaters.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViBusinessIndia pls confirm which has a better network in this location. Looking for port out. Have changed earlier from Airtel to Vodafone and both have failed miserably. Pathetic service. It's been a while but not sure if Airtel has improved anyway

    apr2022., got my connection activated on 15/4/22.Today (23/4/22).I found my internet disconnected,called 121 ,they told me that again my connection is in disconnected state without any reason. @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sugest me as a customer what should I do.

    For resolution of Ticket No. : TP-687308-86876 , I personally made 2-3 times request. Even then response is not actual. @Tripleplayinter please follow the Ticket Number raised. NOTE: @airtelindia #broadband is not active in respect of other options.

    @airtelindia recharge in the morning with unlimited calls and data, barely able to use the internet, internet is completely shut. Restarted mobile still had the same issue, wasted my whole day without internet.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You don’t cancel it immediately and ask for time to resolve ion a day . Post waiting you still don’t resolve and when I want to cancel you don’t allow me to cancel it immediately. You ask for more 48 hrs to cancel it . Why is there so much delay ???

    If you’re feeling happy & excited,go for Jio Fiber @JioCare -you will end up sad & frustrated.There’s been no support from anywhere from the company to resolve issues for connection requests no LRD00001D0DS3. 7 days,multiple complain,0 response. I regret not choosing @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Being a postpaid user I am suffering. Every year 3-4 times I come home and use mobile Hotspot, starting 3-4 days will be no internet issue at all. After that internet slows down. Resolving this seems will take 15 days. Pathetic. Bye bye Airtel. Going @reliancejio
