    @airtelindia Even I tried to reach your customer care by calling them 18 times in last 30 days, but never able to reach them for waiting almost average 14 min per call. You even not clear the your policy on 2nd connection as well. And finding an escape route from @TRAI directives

    @airtelindia I'm not able to add a channel. First I have tried through My Airtel App, then website and lastly call centre. Couldn't able to manage my choice of channel. Your call center is worst, it's just IVR call never landed to agent. Pathetic Time to switch to @TataSky

    @airtelindia airtel, nobody's interested in your fancy posts when you have ZERO CREDIBILITY. problems not resolved since over a month, no network even in the biggest cities... why are we paying for unlimited talktime when we can't even make a call!
