    For resolution of Ticket No. : TP-687308-86876 , I personally made 2-3 times request. Even then response is not actual. @Tripleplayinter please follow the Ticket Number raised. NOTE: @airtelindia #broadband is not active in respect of other options.

    I appreciate the good customer service of @ViCustomerCare. My complaint was taken, the service executive called when the issue was worked on & then closed the complaint after completing. Specially appreciating #Vi bcoz I had got the worst customer service experience from @Airtel_Presence. @airtelindia has no regards for complaints. They just raise complaint, don't work on it and close them in 7 days shamelessly.😡

    I'm just fed up with my @airtelindia ,I just raised a complaint on 10th jan 2026( new customer of airtel started my journey on jan3rd) and till now didn't get any response from them, it's be 10 days and the SLA of the complaint is being changed daily but not results yet😡

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Internet, TV everything down for over 23 hours in the whole building, 80 plus flats. No customer care, no humans to talk to. The Airtel app keeps changing resolution time by six hours every time. Big mistake to have chosen airtel for the building.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a complaint for extremely slow WiFi after 8 PM, and for the last 3 days I’m not even allowed to talk to customer care. No callback, no support, nothing. This is beyond frustrating. Feels like customers are being scammed.
