@airtelindia I have paid for fibre mesh plan 3 days ago, and have spoken to customer support almost 12 times yet no resolution on my complaint. I don’t understand that why would you accept an order and take an year rental in advance if product/services are not available.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my brodband 05514024736 with 589,40mbps,1month validity using airtel thanks app, but airtel finished my validity on 30 may means in 15 days only due to their technical issues and now they are not adjusting my remaining validity. Cheaters.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm facing issue with my broadband. OTT apps like Hotstar and Netflix doesn't work on Wi-Fi. However it starts working fine as soon as it get connected to mobile internet. Pls check as I have raise the issue multiple but no resolution till now.
