@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI @rsprasad My company did not use Airtel broadband in the lockdown period but a bill of around Rs 1100 is coming every month. Please correct your bill now or stop the service till lockdown..So that I do not have to pay a bill without use.

@airtelindia I am platinum customer of airtel which says that priority 4g network. What does it mean exactly as i have the same issue of network and internet speed. It is the same. Why should continue with the platinum plan when i am not getting the said benefits.
