    @airtelindia my data services are not working since I changed my plan in my last recharge some 20 days back. My airtel app is diagnosing that I have consumed all my data. Can someone resolve this issue. 198/121 services are not operating properly.

    @Airtel_Presence Basically after the above reply there is a test of customers patience, because @airtelindia never replies, and you as a customer have to wait indefinitely. They have a nonresponsive team.
