    @airtelindia Very disappointed..I upgraded my setup HD to Xtreme in Dec.20 now remote not working. i raise request to replace my remote but i showing visiting charge. Why visiting charge? I will discontinue with airtel & will move to other. never recommend to other for Airtel.

    @airtelindia I suggest you to add people like Kajal at all levels who actually understand what customer is trying to convey and provide a solution/reason. Hope you ditch out the templates(for cut copy paste) and make people speak on their own.
