    @airtelindia How to reach out to airtel customer service? 1) you don't take the 121 calls for more than 10 min. Tried three times in last three days. 2) the email is never responded. You changed my plan without any information. Pls fix this quickly.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care service. I requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 22, more than 48 hrs (and counting), with advance payment made & multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

    Hey @airtelindia I reached my dad’s phone with ₹100/- but he didn’t received outgoing even after receiving talk time of ₹81.75/- Now when I checked what is the problem I got to know that I have mistakenly recharged the phone with a wrong plan, which was discontinued. (1/1)

    @airtelindia Internet is out for the 5th time this month. Again since yesterday. Called many times and no response from your technician. It was supposed to be fixed by today morning. No communication received so far. Pathetic service airtel Xtreme.

Despite of telling them thousand of time that I am not interested getting the calls again and again regarding the same. And getting the answer that tomorrow you won't get call from us.     Cancelled the airtel internet on 23rd July. Still receiving the bills. It was promised that the services will be deactivated within 7 working days, but what about the 2 months advanced rental..i guess that's what customer service is all about @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia : How does one reaches your customer support? The issues with your network are frustrating and there is no way to raise a service request. Frustrated with call quality, cracking voices and call drop issues. Lot of places where internet connectivity is not existent.
