    @TataPlayin hey Tata play, your (wi-fi) has no customer value or they are stubborn enough not to improve. In past 5 months I have made more than 20 complaints of frequent disconnection but completely failed to secure my trust in comparison to @airtelindia 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    @airtelindia i am facing the connectivity issue in my area for last 2 month Despite several followWe are literally unable to make calls or receive calls. Signal is zero in my area of noida...for calling we are depends on the JIO wifi network... Now porting is the only solution.

    Your internet is worst at this time as per your charges, at this time I am using wifi even to tweet this, I think Jio is working fine as compared to airtel (calling and internet) services. @airtelindia

    Airtel service has tanked in my area. I didn't expect it and in fact chose it for the quality service over others. From yesterday there is frequent call drops and now wifi is not working.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your 121 service is pointless as no option to speak with CCE is given IVR does not give you an option to discuss your issues. I have sent a mail close all my landline numbers with immediate effect @reliancejio installed. cust care at S50 is helpless

    @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care service. I have requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 2022, more than 48 hours (and counting), with advance payment made and multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

    @airtelindia faced really bad customer services while shifting a wifi connection from one city to another. Not keeping the commitments, rescheduling jobs etc etc. I never thought that service provider like airtel would do that

    @FASTag_NETC @airtelindia The moment I request a replacement FASTag, the existing tag is deactivated, forcing me to pay full tolls or fines until the new sticker arrives. Why not issue a duplicate sticker with the same FASTag ID and balance? In case of Wind Shield replacement.
