    Never thought I would be tweeting against @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence. Almost a week since I placed a request to shift our Airtel Xtreme connection, no response still. The technician is suggesting to take a new connection instead which will be done today, not the shifting.

    @Airtel_Presence And what exactly is this assistance other than giving wrong restart timings? This is ridiculous. For a service that charges its customers above its competitors @airtelindia ought to have some contingency/compensation plans in place
