Go to the Airtel store , they might have to change ur post paid plan for it to work. They changed mine and wallah it magically started working and they did acknowledge that it was their side issue. It’s not apples issue.

Tried @Airtel_Presence Airtel app but that’s the worst app for anyone. It doesn’t have customer number mentioned anywhere.

Phone shows “5G NSA Disconnected” → network is available but my number is not allowed to connect. 5G worked earlier, ₹3599 plan active. Clearly a backend issue. Fix immediately
