    Airtel is soo incapable where they are unable to provide the connection in metropolitan area forgot about remote area. This is something which is never expected from a leading brand of India. @airtelindia

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelindia Since couple of weeks the Airtel network is very badly down, I was approaching and raising the compliant in Airtel app but the issue was not resolved. But it will prolonged and no-one look into on this issue. .

    Dear @airtelindia My SIM is not getting any signal. I visited the Airtel office, and I was told that my SIM can only be reactivated if I convert it to a postpaid connection. They also said that re-KYC cannot be done on my prepaid SIM. Can someone please clarify this
