Got my number ported to @airtelindia and the guy who came and ported charged ₹299 as recharge fees but even after successful porting, recharge wasn’t done. Tried @Airtel_Presence Airtel app but that’s the worst app for anyone. It doesn’t have customer number mentioned anywhere.

@airtelindia You guys suck big time!! All your engineers have one same dialogue "this is not our job" if you are providing wifi/internet services, You should also hire engineers that have knowledge about LAN/WAN wires and are able to fix internet wires acc. to customer's needs.
