    Pthetic services by @airtelindia . It's bee 3 days since i lodged service request and they are asking 24 hrs more to resolve the issue as they did yesterday. I don't know how long they take it to resolvw.

    @airtelindia when can we expect the network coverage be improved at vertex LAKEVIEW villas, Nizampet, hyd-500090. Present only one or none signal bar. Airtel work only on Wi-Fi calling. Why no action since last 4 years, many complaints logdged.

    Airtel’s product and post sales services, both have gone in the gutters. Support is totally useless and tweeting after no resort just adds a bit response to DM (and then again, no response in the DM) @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia has quite good customer service although not Mobile connections. Good in broadband , but if we face problem, they are ready to solve. @reliancejio No one cares. Submitted all documents for 15 connection where we already have 25, paid Money but we get only excuse.
