Go to the Airtel store , they might have to change ur post paid plan for it to work. They changed mine and wallah it magically started working and they did acknowledge that it was their side issue. It’s not apples issue.

Cause of lack of services I was forced to surrender or cancel one mobile connection and port out the other mobile number. I really hope that a Platinum Customer is treated better.
