Similar issues faced in Andhra Pradesh too. 1st thought it was sim card problem & changed it, no use. Then changed mobile, no use! Our office uses @airtelindia CUG. I think it's better to change the network operator.

@airtelindia my data is not working suddenly today(postpaid). When I use wifi to diagnose network problems through airtel thanks app it says "pls switchoff your wifi". When I do, it says "oops internet issues. Cannot diagnose" WTF was that? You dumbass Airtel.

@airtelindia I have raised req. for relocation on 3rd June for airtel black. Still not done even after everyday calls. Now customer support telling that it's not available in my area but my neighbour is using Airtel fiber.😕. Fed up with this kind of behaviour.😕
