I have called customer care today and requested for reversal as both the instances I have NOT AUTHORISED.

Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP. And 121 days contact customer service which says go to Dhanbad or Ranchi. A city which has an airport and a AIIMS needs better services or at least someone to talk to.
