@airtelindia does't make any sense by calling immediately by seeing my tweet. It really matter to the customer how fast you can provide the solution. As per the latest SR your service the engineer supposed to visit my premises yesterday evening. No call. No updates yet.

@airtelindia seriously your customer care sucks.. i am in call with them since last 40 min out of which 25 min in hold. In my building neighbors are using 100 mbps Airtel vfiber connection but to me Custcare says my area is supported in my area. This doesn’t make any sense to me
