    @airtelindia similarly on my return on 25 th Oct 2022 again on my transit from Dubai to Hyderabad international roaming charges have been charged without any authorisation. I have called customer care today and requested for reversal as both the instances I have NOT AUTHORISED.

    @FullTosss @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Alright solved the issue. Go to the Airtel store , they might have to change ur post paid plan for it to work. They changed mine and wallah it magically started working and they did acknowledge that it was their side issue. It’s not apples issue.

    @airtelindia I've been trying to request for secondary DTH connection against my primary DTH 3028284300-001 Despite multiple requests via 121 they are unable to log a request due to some technical issue. This is very disappointing and am really frustrated chasing customer care.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unable to use 5G internet. I have 5G enabled handset and active Airtel sim card. Network preference opted 5G from the settings menu. Look into the matter.

    @JioCare I've already faced issue with jio. Hence moved back to Airtel. Now moving back to jio I'll need to wait 90 days i suppose. However, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't seem to bother to even acknowledge my issue. Worthless Airtel

    Very poor response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for my complaint. My job needs to hook up to data 24x7 and these people aren’t solving problem inspite of repeated reminders. For 10 days int roaming charged 4000₹ with no network.Time for alternative operator. #sickofairtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence really poor service. Frequent internet disconnects, call drops and resolution takes months. Put same level of interest on issue resolution the way you follow up for bill payments.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, we are experiencing very poor 4g coverage at pin 631603 TN. I have complained about the same 2 months ago and ported one of my sim as well. Still the network coverage is not improved. Wfh is terrible with airtel 4g. All the data gets wasted 1/2

    @nitin_gadkari respected sir I agree for making toll a cashless one. I also loaded my car with fastag thru @airtelindia . I have rs 1000 changed in my airtelfastag account. But my rfid is not getting recognised in any toll. Which is not my fault. Pls help its really painful
