Tried @Airtel_Presence Airtel app but that’s the worst app for anyone. It doesn’t have customer number mentioned anywhere.

Latest Speedtest: 37.95 Mbps download | 89.11 Mbps upload | 50 ms ping, and this is not AirFiber. As an Airtel Black customer, this level of service is extremely disappointing.
