    @atishagrawal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Ha ha bro ! This has been Airtel's tactics from quite a long time. I have been facing network issues from last 2 years, all I got was false promises. N now they are ignoring my tweets so that they don't have to fix anything. I suggest approach Trai or consumer forum for this.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia may be u should consider taking a strong action against whoever is working in @Airtel_Presence coz they hv no responsibility, nthng, I hv n tweeting my issues frm quite smtym no one has responded, if u have staff like this,u will loose customers faster.

    Finally ported one of my 5 @airtelindia numbers to @reliancejio . Will soon port the rest of them too. @Airtel_Presence u chose to ignore my requests to work on the network issues, continue doing so . I will make sure my friends do the same.

    I have been a customer of @airtelindia and now opted @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD to undergo this experience. The issue aroused due to incapability of Technician who assured and activated my account when customer asked not to do so

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No Internet on my Xstream connection : 05324022192 for the past 10 days. Every customer-care executive keeps giving dates after dates. The fraud aspect of this is that cannot close the account and ask for refund as it is a prepaid account.

    Why @airtelindia has blocked SMS service for all the minimum prepaid services? Are they forcibly implemented minimum recharge policy as same as minimum balance policy of banks? @TRAI @DoT_India how could any service providers block SMS service 1(2)
