    @airtelindia Moreover my connection is poor and rarely in working condition. I have been giving multiple complaints over the past few days over the connectivity issue. With dwellings coming up in thousands in and around Bachupalli you need to come up with better service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fiber ID 7040113009. I was promised by ur sales guy 40mbps & after the payment the installed internet speed was 16mbps,very next minute I had called the customer care 2 cancel&refund my entire money. Dated 27-10-2020. Since then am waiting for refund

    Similar issues faced in Andhra Pradesh too. 1st thought it was sim card problem & changed it, no use. Then changed mobile, no use! Our office uses @airtelindia CUG. I think it's better to change the network operator.

    Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Got their broadband concetion on 1st nov and since then no internet for doing work from home. Called everyday (Min 3 times a day for 6 days) to their customer care but got no response. Even told to escalate the matter to which
