Network of Airtel is very poor (Almost nil),have complained many times, but no solution, reliance Jio works fine here, why NOT Airtel, shall we switch to Jio, if u cant provide coverage.

We use Centrex in our steel market in Hyderabad and every second day the landline services are down and complaint doesn’t get resolved for days. So disappointed that it’s difficult to do business.
