    @airtelindia Since morning my internet is disconnected. Continuously complaining. But no response from technical team. & u ppl say in 2hr u will resolve any fiber broadband issue. Pathetic service. My landline 04046020435

    Very poor response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for my complaint. My job needs to hook up to data 24x7 and these people aren’t solving problem inspite of repeated reminders. For 10 days int roaming charged 4000₹ with no network.Time for alternative operator. #sickofairtel

    Airtel help is most unhelpful. Neither the App nor thier website talks about providing help, instead they are only and only interested in payments or mobility to Airtel from other providers. Unablr to get help regarding e-SIM for Apple watch @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia when can we expect the network coverage be improved at vertex LAKEVIEW villas, Nizampet, hyd-500090. Present only one or none signal bar. Airtel work only on Wi-Fi calling. Why no action since last 4 years, many complaints logdged.

    @airtelindia I have few questions on this policy: 1. If someone is Working From Home and WiFi got some issues and he/she needs to use hotspot to work, what’s wrong in using my own mobile, my own sim (for which I am regularly paying it’s not charity you’re providing) 2. If I am travelling and want to use hotspot to do my work, should I carry WiFi router, cables everywhere with me? 3. If your employee travelling, does he also need to carry WiFi setup with him? When you can’t improve your services, when you can’t provide better speed WiFi you indulge in these type of tactics. Monopolies is hurting Indian customers @BJP4India we need more players to avoid these tactics

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what kind of speed you are providing only false statement the fastest network I have made complaint 3 consecutive time in a month. Today I'm unable to search things and it made me embarrassed while making payment I had tried 6-7 time but i couldn't.

    @airtelindia We have already raised multiple complaints: • Complaint #4512670517 • Complaint #4513116838 Yet nothing has been resolved. Every interaction results in another assurance, but no actual disconnection and no reversal of the incorrect charges. 5/8

    @airtelindia. I need a straightforward answer to this. I use hotspot while driving or on a long trip, to connect to my laptop or my kids tab. Are you blocking the hotspot? I don't want to get stranded or looking for Wifi while on travel. My hotspot usage rarely exceeds 2GB per month. Respond with clear policies, or the impact of this new policy change. Regards, A concerned customer, having family postpaid for 2 decades with Airtel.
