    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have raised a service request 10091634659 and it was assigned to the technician.He was due to come yesterday but still we are awaiting.This is frustrating as we can’t raise another request since there is an existing one alive.

    Got my number ported to @airtelindia and the guy who came and ported charged ₹299 as recharge fees but even after successful porting, recharge wasn’t done. Tried @Airtel_Presence Airtel app but that’s the worst app for anyone. It doesn’t have customer number mentioned anywhere.

    @airtelindia similarly on my return on 25 th Oct 2022 again on my transit from Dubai to Hyderabad international roaming charges have been charged without any authorisation. I have called customer care today and requested for reversal as both the instances I have NOT AUTHORISED.

    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. My Wi-Fi has been down for over 5 days. Your customer service claims ground team hours are 9 AM–7 PM, but the field staff says they finish at 6 PM. Calls are being ignored, declined, or left on "read" with false excuses.
