    @airtelindia @TRAI @jagograhakjago Airtel says for every service is door step and asked to take high rate plan. Customer took high rate plan, now they are asking to visit store everytime for verification. Airtel stupid service. What door step delivery of sim ?

    Similar issues faced in Andhra Pradesh too. 1st thought it was sim card problem & changed it, no use. Then changed mobile, no use! Our office uses @airtelindia CUG. I think it's better to change the network operator.

    I regret to say @airtelindia have cut off my phone - contact will be limited for myself and multiple colleagues until this matter gets resolved. DMs via Twitter will be seen when I have a signal.

    @airtelindia my data is not working suddenly today(postpaid). When I use wifi to diagnose network problems through airtel thanks app it says "pls switchoff your wifi". When I do, it says "oops internet issues. Cannot diagnose" WTF was that? You dumbass Airtel.

    @airtelindia Forcing the user to recharge with certain amount and not cooperating to recharge with lesser amount. This isn't cool. It might force the user to change the network while retaining the number. Wake up Airtel!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel had taken customer service to a new level. Complaint 132600394 raised on 18th June. You keep saying that “my request” is a priority and will be resolved in 24-48 hrs.. a number of those 48 hrs have gone by.. pathetic
