@excitel_rocks The worst service I have ever encountered.. Upgraded my plan to 100 mbps but never got more than 40 mbps and none of you ever care thrlough raised several concerns. You guys need to learn a lot from @ACTFibernet @airtelindia

@airtelindia The app doesn't have enough options or I don't see options to get my issue addressed. If you can help that'd be great or I'll regret my choice of porting my number to Airtel and go back to @Idea where I wasn't cheated by reducing data limit asking me to buy internet pack again.

Airtel (@airtelindia) recently claimed that they had established 5G services in the last town in the country, Kupwara, but in actuality, they had not rolled out this service in Handwara. I hope they will install these services soon in the town.
