@airtelindia For some reason I don't know why I'm not getting 4G internet. It is not even showing 4G. Please check on this issue and hoping for a quick response. Even my Airtel 4G Hotspot device shows signal strength light as RED.

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your technician is recording all calls whenever a customer is calling to complain FTTH connection issues, without the other parties, consent, leading to violation of Article 21 of the constitution of India.

Recently moved to @reliancejio from @airtelindia and this #CycloneMandous helped me understand the network stability better. Jio's coverage is better here in chennai. Obviously network speed went down but i didn't got a tower loss fully.
