    There is no presence of @airtelindia . There are many tiny villages in the area surrounded by hilly terrain. It would be helpful if people get the good quality network.

    @airtelindia I have a billing issue and have been trying to use n call the customer care help line numbers but just unable to connect . It’s a good reason to stay offline and bill extra to your customers. Even during the day time the customer care numbers don’t connect.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence team Airtel once it goes to personal messages you don’t seem to resolve the issues , a simple issue of over billing is not being reverted back by your teams from 5-6 days . What a shame on the ways your teams function.

    @airtelindia You guys are really unresponsive to queries, via billing errors you are stealing money. I really wish you guys don’t exist as a brand. Please learn something from Amazon and Flipkart. You shouldn’t exist with this kind of customer support. Please get bankrupt.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews : @Vijayashekar6 One of worst subscriber in Hyderabad. No signals, call will not connect, disconnect call inbetween, echo in call, no internet, tell as 4G, not even get 2G. No option will get to complaint in IVR or through Airtel app.

    @airtelindia New Broadband request for app nbr : 0401571614 is pending from 5 days , while payment executive fake promised that it will be done in 24 hrs.customer service people keep on telling will arrange a call back and never got any reply and resolution .cancel procedure plz

    @airtelindia I have been trying to solve my Broadband issue since Tuesday. Posted a complaint. Guys are being assigned everyday but they are denying to come or not lifting phone. Worst service than even the local Broadband network

    @airtelindia Its been 4months I opted for Airtel Xstream Broadband, 3 complaints, each one took 3 days to resolve. One is still open. #AirtelMakeFakePromises. I was promised 5 times in 3 days for a resolution. #AirtelDontRespectTime #AirtelLosingTrust

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is how you provide service in Pune? Raised a request for shifting within 1 Km, No one handled that request for 5 days, numerous calls to customer care and email to nodal officer resulted into closing of Service request 696187438 on 5th Day.

    What kind of network are you providing. The wifi connection switches off every 5 minutes. It barely works for 10 minutes @airtelindia
