Every time your team gives false assurance that it will be resolved in a few hours, but nothing has been fixed yet. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Pathetic service and zero customer care..You only care about bills and money, not customers or service. Extremely disappointing.

Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP. All the information are in your inbox, but you're not even replying.
