Very disappointed with @airtelindia service, there charges are high but didn't able to provide good services they just take money and didn't do anything for there service, it's really getting worst like if you want to open a web page it will take 1 hr to load jst a simple web.

15days back I requested airtel to upgrade my #dth connection to xtreambox still it was pending I dont what ur ppl doing,they not even mentioned or contacted to us regarding the issue @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence asap I need upgradation or else I will move to other dth service
