    @airtelindia lousy/worst network in my location.. Complaint many times but there's no any solution... Even I get 3G at the rooftop... Sab try karo fir airtel kabhi na choose karo....Your dreams of zero complains makes me laugh.. #ShameOnYou

    Very disappointed with @airtelindia service, there charges are high but didn't able to provide good services they just take money and didn't do anything for there service, it's really getting worst like if you want to open a web page it will take 1 hr to load jst a simple web.

    I need help with my plan. I am currently living abroad and to keep number active I have paid for plans for 365 days including a roaming plan for 365 days. Both had unlimited calls. Upon coming back to India I ran out of talk-time. I had to recharge. Tell me why pls. @airtelindia

    .@Airtel_Presence Requests, my DTH Account 10101012636220 has not been disconnected.Your relationship manager insists I pay first before disconnection, which is unfair. Please disconnect the service immediately.I will pay the final bill up to the disconnection date. @airtelindia

    Don’t trust @airtelindia for your business internet. My Wi-Fi has been down for 4 days, and as a business owner working from home, this outage is causing direct business losses. There’s been no resolution even after raising multiple requests. @jagograhakjago

    Companies which have stonewalled customers by using #AI in customer service are rather doing a disservice to them. Grievances redressed in India by Customer Services are almost negligible because customer is never a priority. @airtelindia @makemytrip @IndiGo6E are prime examples.

    Paid amount for airtel airfiber connection on June 27th since the installation not happened so please cancel my request and process my amount as refund..Such a worst service provider.. already moved to @reliancejio airfiber..so refund my asap. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    If you can't manage the company, sell it. Calls and internet are completely down for the last two days, These people gave me a postpaid connection saying that I would get a better network than others. #AirtelPostpaid #Airtelfraud #AirtelIndia
