    Very disappointed with @airtelindia service, there charges are high but didn't able to provide good services they just take money and didn't do anything for there service, it's really getting worst like if you want to open a web page it will take 1 hr to load jst a simple web.

    What kind of customer support are you running? - Technician doesn't come even after lodging complaint 3 times - Issue is resolved automatically without technician coming - Nodal office never picks up the call, always waiting more than 5mins @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Horrible service! Subscribed to 100 Mbps broadband, but getting speeds in Kbps or barely 10 Mbps. IVR keeps failing when trying to lodge a complaint. Requested disconnection & refund, but no resolution or response. Please fix this immediately.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since 28-7-2026, my Airtel WiFi connection 0173327366707_wifi has not been working. Complaints have made no difference. No Airtel staff has contacted me or visited to repair WiFi. Therefore, I request CEO Airtel to Cancel my WiFi immediately.

    @airtelindia is making fool of its customers by selling postpaid. Pathetic service. Frequent network down, internet not working. They have given unlimited 5g but that doesn't work. Paying 449 per month for this pathetic service. Tried complaining on cc number but no solution.
