    @airtelindia lousy/worst network in my location.. Complaint many times but there's no any solution... Even I get 3G at the rooftop... Sab try karo fir airtel kabhi na choose karo....Your dreams of zero complains makes me laugh.. #ShameOnYou

    @airtelindia runs an ad suggesting that their cust calls are reducing & on the backend they slyly put a cost to customer calls! Airtel sends you irrelevant messages which can't be disabled by support. It forces you to install Airtel app to get rid of them! Poor #CustomerService

    Its been long since I tried to get an airtel braodband...they promised me 1 day installation and havent done even in 2 weeks..I asked for cancellation and refund..they agreed...but no confirmation neither there is refund.absolutely pathetic service! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    2/n @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but the people who is seating at call center been trained like Parrot answers only one line; "Sorry Sir for inconvenience you face; we are trying to look into issue" and truly does nothing. They asked to wait for 33days for reply. How pathetic.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you guys are unable to update my email in 48 hours. The most pathetic network i have ever used. No backend team, nothing. They won't contact you ever. Pure BS. Shame on you, you people are unable to change a email address on a number.
