Very disappointed with @airtelindia service, there charges are high but didn't able to provide good services they just take money and didn't do anything for there service, it's really getting worst like if you want to open a web page it will take 1 hr to load jst a simple web.

The kind of pathetic service @ViCustomerCare is providing is commendable ! I am on wait since 30mins when the customer care executive told me he’ll transfer my call to the higher executive in a minute to solve my issue, I think i should port my number to @airtelindia !

@airtelindia Broadband not working from yesterday, complaint was not acknowledged until late evening, customer care said we have 24 hours time, today tech says underground cable cut from 13th to 14th cross, but only we are impacted :) is this 5G logic?

@bfulshe @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel fiber broadband fiber has the most pathetic and worst services ever. I am facing speed issues on 1 GBPS plan since the connection has been installed. They do not care for customers.
