    @airtelindia lousy/worst network in my location.. Complaint many times but there's no any solution... Even I get 3G at the rooftop... Sab try karo fir airtel kabhi na choose karo....Your dreams of zero complains makes me laugh.. #ShameOnYou

    Very disappointed with @airtelindia service, there charges are high but didn't able to provide good services they just take money and didn't do anything for there service, it's really getting worst like if you want to open a web page it will take 1 hr to load jst a simple web.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence NRI in USA here. My prepaid validity till April 2027 was accidentally wiped out/overwritten when I recharged a new annual plan. Sent email to 121 but need technical team to manually restore my expiry to April 2028. Please DM to help.

    Anyone faced this issue? Airtel is unable to latch on to any network in Japan. It shows multiple network when I do the manual network connectivity but it fails to register to any. As a result, the international roaming pack won’t activate and no otps are coming through. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence interested in helping out?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4/7 I have also spoken to the Airtel Wi-Fi engineers/field team. They also promised but failed. Yet the request continues to sit in the system as “Installation In Progress.” This is simply making the customer chase Airtel for something that should have been closed days ago.

    @airtelindia i initiated a chat but there was no response. i am not sure how to proceed. i do not even have the avenue to speak to any individual instead of the automated ivr which is not able to help me at all. what sad customer service despite ready to paying 50paise per min

    @airtelindia was unable to make a UPI payment this morning due to "slow network", in Hyderabad. Why is it so? What if the person is in an emergency? This isn't the first time this is happening, and its very frequent occurrence.

    @airtelindia mc, 1st sim the same number, being used for over 15yrs, the trust and simplicity in the network is just being white washed over the ******* stupid ****, you arent able to manage the crowd moving into your network, so you raised prices, ******* provide the services.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is a CHOR company. @TRAI i contacted customer support 2 weeks ago. I called them three days continuously. Each and every agent is clueless and just kept asking me to what 24 hours. Now it has been 2+ weeks. Useless fellows
