seems they fogot to provide network in all other locations while taking their network to remote areas. I sent a message on WhatsApp in Varanasi on 20th Mar which is not yet delivered. It is better to switch to other networks like @reliancejio as it doing better that @airtelindia

And most disturbing thing related to network is I could not able to reach customer support for any resolution. I have tried to call from 121 and 198 tried almost half an hour and got nothing from Airtel Support. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews could someone helps here
