    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had an existing unlimited pack activated on new sim, I used up the daily data because i was recommended a small pack by the vendor. Now I recharged new unlimited pack to be on top of existing, BUT IT WONT ADD UP! HELP! DM. ASAP.

I am planning to complain in consumer court for poor service delivery. Same time I am planning to take second connection from a reliable provider and claim as damages.

    @airtelindia i hv issue with volte since 15 days, hv lodged SR through app and also visted store, store ppl say we cant do any thing , it has to be done from customer care. I m unable to connect with customer care over call, my SR is open since 15 days. Issue not resolved. #bad
