    @Airtel_Presence @PrateekAgru @airtelindia if you close down your broadband service it will be good for all. The worst thing is these cheaters charge a hefty nin refundable amount for installation so that customer will have no option but to stick to their services. Jio fiber is the best in this way

    @syednoor6208 @airtelindia Better to port from Airtel, but the problem is they have already charged non refundable hefty installation charges. So a customer gets stuck with these bunch of cheaters. JIO fiber is the best. They do free installation

    @airtelindia has hired **** in Kolkata region they always recommend for a competitor if we asked for Airtel broadband. Same goes to customer support. Shame on you people. I was thinking that airtel will come back but it's sucking itself.

    @airtelindia very bad experience with service. I’ve recharged for 999inr , and that’s mentioned Amazon prime for 84days. But after recharged it’s showing this offer not available. I’m using your service from last 9 years. And now I’m regretting. This happened twice.

    Ridiculous network speed both in office (pin 700071) & in home (pin 700082) area. Keeping browsing apart, just not able to open a tweet or sending a WhatsApp msg. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you are leaving me with any option than porting out. Fedup with this so call 4g 😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if a month has 30 days, your internet services do not work for 26 days. This hampers the growth of my business and inefficiency. Write a complaint and it takes forever for your team to fix the issue. Half the time your technicians deny to service.

    The worst service in broadband is by @airtelindia . Pathetic service, customer care has no clue, sales people are fraud and cheater. Coming to the speed, the 3G network would work better and faster. Better is Airtel closes it's service for everyone's peace. #Airtel #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia I am paying more the amount for a network of less than 5MBPS. After repeated complaints, no action is taken. If this isn't resolved by today, me along with neighbours and frnds will switch your service. As of now, disappointed with what you show and what you provide.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Guys been struggling to get my SIM not working issue sorted out for the last two days. It is prepaid and paid for an year. Other operator SIM works when swapped - so nothing wrong with the phone. WTH I am supposed to do?

    @airtelindia i had to ask for disconnection request due to inability of the team to correct the wiring in society, but after about 20 days of the disconnection request, I am being charged for the month and customer care was not so very helpful.
