    Our office is in main business hub of Kolkata (Dalhousie). But still the only option for a landline connection is incompetent @airtelindia as the ailing BSNL is no more of an option and @reliancejio is yet to roll out their service. This has made @Airtel_Presence complacent.

    @airtelindia +91 33-46018975. Today is 24thday- we are in kolkata central business district- broadband by Airtel is iregular- it looks that they have illiterate engineers- since lines are never regular more thN 1 hour- and it goes on and off - whole day

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Bravo!Congrats 4 being consistently insincere & untruthful.Months passed by but abysmal airtel network at my home never improved.Only sending someone home long time back with fancy gadget is of no help unless u address the real issue of bad coverage.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia extremely poor speeds in my area. Data balance gets over without even the actual usage. 575 MB of download shows 50% of 1.5 GB data being consumed. At at 4G+ download not going above 1.5 MBPS. And you claim to be India's fastest network.

    @Airtel_Presence @santyrajpurohit @airtelindia does not mind in loosing a customer, because they are big enough to handle that. They have huge banners and lots of TV ads which will get more customers. So why they have to spend on customer service and bother about loosing customers unnecessarily?

    @airtelindia extremely unprofessional. Have taken one india 1999 plan on 30th Nov 2020 and still awaiting for the migration to the 200 mbps plan. Poor DTH and Broadband service with frequent disconnection and speed less than 40 mbps. So many calls to customer care but in vain
