@airtelindia is one of the pathetic customer care support. Neither you get a resolution via twitter support neither from customer care support. Their payment bank only takes in money and after that you cannot recharge with it neither you can return the money to your bank.

They designed their business as money first service last, where as Jio approached the market as service first to prove their point to demand money. ARPU was always below 50 before Jio where as people didn't mind 150+ ARPU with Jio. Result of arrogance

It's all based on specific areas so some may perform better at certain place The main issue is inaction from @TRAI & @DoT_India to allow them loot us legally

@airtelindia Pathetic experience using Airtel network. I have just connected my phone's hotspot to my laptop. I am not even opening anything in my laptop, still data is getting cut some MB/sec. In just few minutes, I lost more than 60 prcnt of my data without even using it.
