    Don't every use @airtelindia, it has the worst customer service. Internet connection has not been working for almost 12 hours now and no resolution is being provided.

    Is there a provision that a person can go to an @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence store to complain about broadband? Because the incompetent people at Airtel aren't able to fix an internet problem in 4 days. Heck I would probably get a new connection in less than that.

    @airtelindia it's been two days service outage of broadband at my home,raised complaint and spoke to customer care but no action was taken till now...this is not the first time it is happening frequently in our area. In a month we are able to use the internet service only 20days

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Dear Airtel, we have been observing a frequent downtime with Airtel broadband since yesterday. Same has been observed few days ago as well. Your service has been extremely pathetic in handling the situation where most of people are WFH.

    @airtelindia Your SIM crashes when I'm overseas. And now you insist on my physical presence to get a replacement SIM. I sent a family member with an authorisation letter and old SIM. So until I return no OTPs, nothing. #Airtel, do you even know and understand your customer needs?

    @airtelindia #SunilMittal One Airtel account is spuriously reporting bills of unknown customers in my account. Apart from the fact that I have paid their bills, this is a serious breach of customer privacy ! I have their address, email, personal telephone and call details.

    Keeping the importance of internet I had got an Airtel broadband connection at my home with the most premium postpaid plan ..my phone is also using one of the most expensive @airtelindia plan..ss @Airtel_Presence mostly claims to correct any problems within 24 hours.
