    Don't every use @airtelindia, it has the worst customer service. Internet connection has not been working for almost 12 hours now and no resolution is being provided.

    @airtelindia I never faced this much of worst service from broadband connection. Customer ID: 10062681672 It's been 3days I raised a complaint, but not yet resolved.

    Is there a provision that a person can go to an @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence store to complain about broadband? Because the incompetent people at Airtel aren't able to fix an internet problem in 4 days. Heck I would probably get a new connection in less than that.

    @airtelindia #airtelbroadband kindly someone resolve my wifi issue. My wfh is getting badly affected due to the poor service provided by Airtel. Complaint raised yesterday morning, no resolution till now. Complaint number 10062946395.

    @airtelindia Hi I took Xstreme servicces last Friday. Till now the ott apps are not activated. Customer care also has no clue. Let me know if I can get a refund if the problem can't be solved.

    @airtelindia it's been two days service outage of broadband at my home,raised complaint and spoke to customer care but no action was taken till now...this is not the first time it is happening frequently in our area. In a month we are able to use the internet service only 20days

    It is mockery of your whole system @airtelindia has activated SIM 2.5 years back and continued service and Now they are verifying customer record.
