I applied for Airtel Wi-Fi and everything was completed quickly from your side - KYC, payment, and confirmation. I was even told that a representative would contact me and complete the installation by a specific date. Since making the payment, I have received no call and no update. I’ve been repeatedly trying to contact the person assigned, but there has been no response. To make things worse, your customer support number automatically speaks in Hindi without even giving me a language option. I’m comfortable with Tamil and English, not Hindi. Even in the Airtel app, I can’t find a clear option to raise a Wi-Fi installation issue through chat. So after taking the payment, who exactly am I supposed to contact? @airtelindia Please arrange the installation or tell me clearly where I can raise this complaint. This is extremely frustrating customer service.

𝙰𝚍𝚒𝚝𝚢𝚊 𝚂𝚒𝚗𝚐𝚑 (@Aadi_axo) reported@airtelindia I have been trying to cancel my Airtel Xstream Fiber booking and get my ₹1,500 refund, but my issue is still not being resolved. I paid ₹1,500 on 9 August 2026 for a Fiber connection. The connection has NOT been installed or activated because Airtel Fiber infrastructure is not available in my locality. I requested cancellation and refund several days ago. Customer care keeps saying that a request has been raised, but I have not been provided a proper SR/Service Request number. Today, Airtel Cares asked me to share my payment receipt and installation details via DM. I provided all the booking/order details and explained that I did not provide an email ID during the booking. I was then asked to find a payment receipt from my registered email, which I never provided for this Fiber booking. I have shared all the information requested by Airtel, yet my cancellation and ₹1,500 refund are still not being resolved. Please stop sending me in circles and resolve this issue. I request Airtel to: • Cancel my Fiber booking • Refund the full ₹1,500 to my original payment method • Provide the SR/Service Request number • Confirm the expected refund timeline Please look into this urgently. @TRAI
