    @airtelindia Just misguiding the customers or bluffing the customers. Airtel Customer care at 121 will say that it is written in t&c. Even they are not afraid of Consumer Forum.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have raised a service request 10091634659 and it was assigned to the technician. He was due to come yesterday but still we are awaiting. This is frustrating as we can’t raise another request since there is an existing one alive

    Got my number ported to @airtelindia and the guy who came and ported charged ₹299 as recharge fees but even after successful porting, recharge wasn’t done. Tried @Airtel_Presence Airtel app but that’s the worst app for anyone. It doesn’t have customer number mentioned anywhere.

    @airtelindia This is how they treat their customers, several calls have been made but no response from them and see the call duration of 31 mins, 50 mins. They are only taking their customers for granted.

    @JioCare Even after waiting for more than 10 minutes, your customer care executives are not answering calls or resolving customer issues. Such poor support is rarely seen with @airtelindia and even @BSNLCorporate has improved a lot compared to this now.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Airtel Thanks, Upgraded my Fiber plan from ₹999 to ₹1299 and paid 20+ days ago to add DTH service. Payment was taken instantly but still no installation, no update, no resolution. Pathetic customer service and endless false promises.
