    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews : @Vijayashekar6 One of worst subscriber in Hyderabad. No signals, call will not connect, disconnect call inbetween, echo in call, no internet, tell as 4G, not even get 2G. No option will get to complaint in IVR or through Airtel app.

    There is no presence of @airtelindia . There are many tiny villages in the area surrounded by hilly terrain. It would be helpful if people get the good quality network.

    @airtelindia Team, I have raised a complaint on 2nd June with number 118111028 and no resolution yet.they close the ticket without resolution and I reopen it again. But at the end it is now 7 days with no internet. This is the response for Airtel Platinum customer

    @airtelindia we are facing issue since morning in Manikonda, Hyderabad. This people have disconnected the main connection and we are suffering with our work. Kindly do this kind of maintenance work on weekends so that work will mpt suffer. Nowadays people are doing wfh.

    Poor Service @airtelindia I raised another request for a new connection and I got a call in 1 hour only and promising to activate within 24 hours then how come no resolution for existing customers till 5 days. Pls, don't go for @airtelindia as don't care about customer experience

    @airtelindia I have a billing issue and have been trying to use n call the customer care help line numbers but just unable to connect . It’s a good reason to stay offline and bill extra to your customers. Even during the day time the customer care numbers don’t connect.

    @airtelindia we understand that in these tough times you cannot have more number of employees, but trust me your care centers are pathetic, no proper management and precautions. Why don't u solve all our problems, online. For migration I had to come and wait for an hour.

    @airtelindia I have raised a request to upgrade from 799 to 3999 plan on 8th Jul however same isn’t activated. Called more than 6 to 7 times to CC and they are only saying there is an error. Can Airtel stop advertising tryin to have 0 defect nd customer satisfaction is important.

    @airtelindia worst broadband service payed 1month ago. Told will install in 5 days. Then sayed nai ho sakta chocked hai 1mnth bhi lag sakte. Asked for refund said within 1 week its been 15 days no update. Cannot connect to executive.
