@airtelindia Your Gachibowli branch at Hyderabad offered me free broadband connection for one month on trial. I want to disconnect due to poor connectivity and service . Informed 121 .But asking for amount . No dues . paid bill. Very disappointing . Call me on 9167724112.

Now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia will decide their bill date and due date and won't even inform customer. Now they change the bill plan also but don't even care to inform the customer until we realize when a bill is generated. Such sick network. Time to move on from Airtel.
