    @airtelindia pathetic service of the dedicated support team, they dont even know what to ask the customer. Read the details of the account. Doesnt tranfer to escalation when asked infact hangsup the call. Pathetic

    You don’t provide good service and send us to stores where even the employees are suffering due to the useless air conditioners that you provide. Can’t stand in the store for more than 5 minutes, it’s that pathetic. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence.

    @airtelindia My voice+data sim changed to voice sim without my request. I have called customer care multiple times and written so many mails but issue not yet resolved. None of the customer care executive have ability to resolve the issue @Airtel_Presence #worstservice #airtel

    @airtelindia hi this is darshan Iam facing so much issues with airtel internet broadband connection and thanks app no one is giving proper response store timings are 10am to 8pm but the store members are leftovers the office @7pm only one of cashier in hitech city airtel brach

    @airtelindia want to thank Airtel Xtreme fiber for providing me blistering speed of 0 Mbps..YES that is ZERO MBPS speed even after 36 hrs of installation !!! they haven't been able to configure the modem and I don't even have the login credentials. BRAVO !
