    @Airtel_Presence To be very clear, Don't call me back. Am porting, NOT because your network or speed is bad but my balance use to get deducted for no reason. You @airtelindia suck. I would have still stayed with #Airtel even if you network is horrible but I can't tolerate cheating.

    @Airtel_Presence While u r busy trying make an excuse here, the engineers have visited the site and somewhat rectified the problem. @airtelindia look into these excuses being used as tool in the social media. @DoT_India any action for giving false information to the consumers?

    What a rubbish network being provided by @airtelindia!! If only @DoT_India & @TRAI provide a provision that an operator could be sued for a trash quality network. This and that of all promises being India's no.1 network. Come out of VIP areas, get a hold of the reality. 😡😡

    Last month @airtelindia gave me a bill with ISD calls I never made, told me different stories and never resolved the issue as promised. Was forced to pay the bill to avoid late fee. If there was no lockdown I wouldn't continue one more day with Airtel.

    @airtelindia Outage since afternoon, your field technicians doesn’t take calls! Earlier on IVR at 121...’services to resume by 6:47pm’. Now... as per 121 ‘12:00 am 29th Nov’!! 👎🏻👎🏻

    @airtelindia Hi Team, I have recharged successfully my account on 26 November, 2:03pm. Complaint 1st: 33255513 Complaint 2nd: 33309731 Already 48 hour passed. Airtel is targeting 0 complaint but not able to fix a simple problem from last 48 hours. Pathetic Service in India.
