    @Airtel_Presence I once again generated a SR No. 1014400920 regarding the poorest service being provided by @airtelindia. It is repeatedly happening and nothing is being looked after thoroughly causing huge loss. Please look into the matter. Please note there are 5 connections in our premises.

    @airtelindia im using both broadband and dth today a technician came and charged me a rs 150 why so while the provider said pls contact us directly for the service now they charged me 150 rs i wanna talk to the provider

    @airtelindia very bad experience with service. I’ve recharged for 999inr , and that’s mentioned Amazon prime for 84days. But after recharged it’s showing this offer not available. I’m using your service from last 9 years. And now I’m regretting. This happened twice.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had order for a Coverage+ pod device last Saturday with a security deposit. Till today I have not been contacted by any person from Airtel. I have the payment confirmation number and order IDs with me but customer service is clueless. #frustrated

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if a month has 30 days, your internet services do not work for 26 days. This hampers the growth of my business and inefficiency. Write a complaint and it takes forever for your team to fix the issue. Half the time your technicians deny to service.

    @airtelindia can I upgrade my old Xtreme box with new Xtreme box 2.0 ?? The old device has so many problems like it restart every 15 to 20 minutes. I have made complaint to service engineer but they failed to solve my problem. So I need new box else i may switch to TATA PLAY.

    I can understand the frustration because I have been experiencing the same issue and even after connecting and getting mentally harassed by @JioCare engineers and team I have no hope that my issue will be resolved anytime soon. Better we switch to @airtelindia.

    @sbhansali @airtelindia I have faced the same issue and recently got to know thats its never unlimited its 3300 GB data only and Airtel doesn't have functionality to provide daily data usage they can only tell last 10 days of usage that too on call not even a msg or email

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews My Airtel WiFi has been down since 28/05/2026 and is now completely unavailable. Office work and daily activities are severely affected. Local engineer confirmed a damaged main cable with multiple joints causing repeated failures. @airtelindia
