    Was in need of a #Landline, thought @airtelindia could help with it, but it seems @airtelindia is not #tech #savvy yet, @TRAI has allowed #VoIP, #BSNL is using it for Mobile Numbers, and it would take ages for #BSNL to hit the #Landlines, @airtelindia please bring #VoIP

    What a sorry state of @airtelindia .. lost ph yesterday .. went to their centre for replcing the SIM gave all the documents promptly at 6-30 pm. Told the activation wll b within 6 hrs.. now its 19 hrs running. SIM is still dead .. Pathetic service 😡😡

    Facing problems with online recharge.Complained online but of no use,visited the customer centre where they kept shifting the liability on other executives. After 1 hr the response came that least they can do is lodge a complaint.@TRAI @airtelindia request you to look into this.

Technically it's false FIR But, I found this to be quicker than dealing with their customer care EXECUTIVE Had damaged my Airtel SIM while swapping. Their executive kept me waiting for a week. Was hell bent on selling me new SIM FIR route worked like a charm

    @airtelindia Regret to inform that Airtel disconnects lines even after making payments.We have made payment thro’ RTGS but the same does not get updated on the Hub. Whose fault is it!. Last 6 months this has been the damn issue & we haven’t been able to get a solution to this

    @ragarwal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Poor business practices by Airtel. In my case they’re not giving a new connection despite going to a store, tweeting them etc in your case, they’re not even interested to service an existing customer. India is suffering the pain of duopoly.
