    @syednoor6208 @airtelindia Better to port from Airtel, but the problem is they have already charged non refundable hefty installation charges. So a customer gets stuck with these bunch of cheaters. JIO fiber is the best. They do free installation

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am sorry to inform you that no person has contacted us or not taken any pain to resolve the issue of SR No. 1014304709 other SR Nos are: 101430442382, 10143037607 & 10143047895. All connections are down with RED Light blinking in Modem.

    Hello @airtelindia , I have my wife's no attached with my postpaid plan. She lost her phone today , and she needs the duplicate sim.i am currently suffering from diarrhoea and dehydration due to ongoing heatwave in WB. Please provide me support as I can't go to Airtel store now.

    @airtelindia disappointed being a loyal Airtel customer from decades. Changed my plan to view Netflix but it’s not getting activated due to your internal issue. Customer care can’t help to resolve as well. Why the service is so poor!! Surprised 😯

    @Airtel_Presence I once again generated a SR No. 1014400920 regarding the poorest service being provided by @airtelindia. It is repeatedly happening and nothing is being looked after thoroughly causing huge loss. Please look into the matter. Please note there are 5 connections in our premises.

    @airtelindia Airtel services are getting pathetic complaint no 10108463996 lodged around 6.46 am not resolved even after 12 hrs whereas the file is closed without resolution. Really pathetic.

    @airtelindia It is request to the company that it's been 30 days that my problem is not resolved and it's 3 times that i have raised the complain on network issue in Bidhan Nagar salt lake ( kolkata) CC taking the matter leniantly (ITS BEEN 30 DAYS)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel Xstream Fiber relocation issue – extremely poor service. I shifted from Nanganallur to Mylapore on June 6. On the same day, Airtel disconnected my connection and collected all equipment. Till today (June 14), WiFi is NOT installed at the new location despite multiple complaints and daily follow-ups. Every day I’m told “engineer will come today” but no one shows up. DTH was fixed after several days, but Fiber is still pending for 9 days. This is unacceptable.
