Airtel stoled money from customer by consuming more data on internet. My data plan is 3GB/day but when i compared with another network AIRTEL consumed data very fast on same browsing. @airtelindia @HRDMinistry

@airtelindia pathetic service. you apply for airtel fiber. they come immediately and bill you collecting the amount. but for installation. they take dayshave applied on 21st march, paid on 21st march. now even the service persons have switched off their phone.

16 hours and still without network. No, I do not live in Punjab or JnK, I'm in Mumbai with the worst network provider @airtelindia Happens everyday. I pay in advance for only 5/6 hours of net daily. Advice: DO NOT GET AIRTEL. The staff is even more pathetic - No help no answer

@airtelindia I'm your prepaid customer and had applied for an ownership transfer of sim card. It's been 2 days since my old sim got deactivated, and I couldn't get my new sim till now. In the airtel store, I'm told that it's not yet processed. This is very worst type of service.

@BandBajaateRaho @airtelindia your technical team wastes daily an hour by visiting my premises then saying connections is not possible talk to customer care whereas it wastes again an hour by putting me on hold so many times and then having to explain the issue again and again
