    What a rubbish network being provided by @airtelindia!! If only @DoT_India & @TRAI provide a provision that an operator could be sued for a trash quality network. This and that of all promises being India's no.1 network. Come out of VIP areas, get a hold of the reality. 😡😡

    Airtel stoled money from customer by consuming more data on internet. My data plan is 3GB/day but when i compared with another network AIRTEL consumed data very fast on same browsing. @airtelindia @HRDMinistry

    Last month @airtelindia gave me a bill with ISD calls I never made, told me different stories and never resolved the issue as promised. Was forced to pay the bill to avoid late fee. If there was no lockdown I wouldn't continue one more day with Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence While u r busy trying make an excuse here, the engineers have visited the site and somewhat rectified the problem. @airtelindia look into these excuses being used as tool in the social media. @DoT_India any action for giving false information to the consumers?

    Hey @airtelindia You have one of the worst customer service experience for prepaid service. The chosen language is english and your IVR connects to hindi agent. Cant trasfer to english agent. Wont transfer to manager / team lead. Disconneted the call.

    Wat are u doing Airtel services. It's been 2 days WiFi isn't working and no one has reached out nd the assigned person is not at all picking calls. WiFi keeps disconnecting twice every week n there is no permanent resolution given. Pathetic service @airtelindia #worstAIRTEL

    @airtelindia worst service every month I have to call customer service to address the issue but customer service is the worst they don't know how to fix the issue just restarting the device from the backend so finally decided to go back to @HathwayBrdband

    Being dumb person is no more an issue bcoz @Airtel_Presence is always there to offer you job! Best example @airtelindia customer support. Even for postpaid black connection, 'dedicated team' is just tagline, no one have basic knowledge to resolve any basic issue. Paying 3.5k/month and getting ****** service.

    Also, there was ZERO warning — no SMS, no call — before hitting this 300GB cap. Found out only after contacting customer care, which was no help either. Speeds just dropped to 80kbps on a “premium” plan. This isn’t transparency, it’s misleading. @airtelindia respond. @TRAI
