@airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

@airtelindia ported from bsnl to airtel , bsnl got no service and airtel still not actived and I didn't got OTP for activation . And worst reply from @airtelindia customer service, Do the activation immediately or change again to bsnl it was emergency .

@airtelindia airtel4g has very poor ping in Deogahr, Jharkhand. Please fix the routing. And also, there's no airtel xstream fiber available here. It would be great if that's available. I'm sure many would be interested once you fix the ping and routing

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence am facing pathetic customer support from the 'One Airtel Team' and also from the on ground guys here in Bengaluru. Have already spoken to two CSR and One floor supervisors. The local guy allotted has stopped picking the call and put me in limbo. HELP

@beingindineer @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel is the worse. Technician calls & says "sir woh line fix karne wala bata nahi raha woh kab aayega" so what should I do? Leave all my work & wait for them to come when they wish they want to... Please disconnect Airtel and move to other providers.
