@airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I changed my physical sim to e sim. The sms services were supposed to be turned off for 24 hours it’s been a lot more than that it still hasn’t started. Your representatives say it’ll take 12 hours to resolve the issue. (1)
