@airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

I had raised a request for Broadband plan change on 6th July. Till now I didn’t got any proper response. Called 10 times to customer care in 10 days. Every time they are saying within 4 hrs your plan will change as an answer.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
