@airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In last couple of days I experienced the worst customer service from the #airtel. #airtel did not shift my broadband connection within the same city Bangalore. They did not even had the decency to tell that me to my face.

@airtelindia I did some recharge wrongly and I requested your customer support team to either refund or activate another plan instead of the one I did mistakenly. But seems like there is no such option at your end. Need some assistance here. What should we call such scenarios.

I takes 5 min to connect to a customer care person and you can not and a Email ID to properly raise complaint. I don't know what is your problem @airtelindia you have just lost a paying customers who liked your service. #airtel #CustomerExperience #badservice
