@airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

Fed up with the response from @airtelindia,requested to update email to activate eSIM and asked to wait for 2 days, while in traffic I received the confirmation call,couldn't able to pickup,called the customer service, they asked me to wait for another 3-5 days to get a call

@airtelindia For someone who has always praised Airtel's customer service, the latest experience has been pathetic. More than a week & the complaint is not resolved. Airtel Xstream box has been extremely convenience. My previous traditional box worked just fine.
