    @airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

    @airtelindia One of my neighbours number 9954199252 could not send text messages from his number...i tried a lot, message center number also been changed,but failed....plz solve the problem,he is a very old man

    @cneuralnetwork @airtelindia These are signs to ditch airtel, or shift to two Sims. With airtel only for emergency.

    I genuinely regret having to post this publicly, but after endless frustration, I have no other option. My experience with @airtelindia has been nothing short of mentally exhausting and incredibly disappointing. The level of customer service is absolutely pathetic. Trying to reach a human representative feels impossible, and the Airtel Thanks App is practically useless when you actually need support. All I wanted was to shift my broadband connection barely 100 metres away, yet despite repeated attempts, there has been no resolution. This kind of negligence towards paying customers is unacceptable. What's even worse is that for the past one year, I have been facing frequent internet disruptions. Every single month, I lose around 7 days of service despite paying for the entire month. I end up paying for a service that I simply don't receive. The constant follow-ups, unanswered requests, and complete lack of accountability have been mentally draining. Customers shouldn't have to beg for a service they're already paying for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Airtel to anyone. A company that fails to provide reliable service and basic customer support doesn't deserve its customers' trust. Airtel is far far away from quality, neither they have quality network nor the staff representing the customer care service. Extremely disappointed. 👎🙏 @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Impressive service by @airtelindia for Fiber Internet. Booked online by morning, visited representative by noon, & installation confirmed immediately! Ditched @reliancejio I don't care what @JioCare serves!

    @piyush_trades to add on that, they charged premium has almost no network coverage in parts of Shakti Nagar, Delhi. and @airtelindia doesn't seem interested in resolving the issue.

    @airtelindia you are following the footsteps of your peer @ACTFibernet it's been 3 days of payment and everyday i have been told that it will be installed today.... Why don't you train your people properly to communicate clearly and set the right expectations to the customer...

    @airtelindia My Airtel number since 2009I'm using .now deactivated for non-KYC. I'm in Gurugram but asked to visit AP for reactivate. This is inconvenient it cost me amount of time,money. Couple of mails sent but not resolved. Pls help with alternate KYC process restore number.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your Wifi speed is very low, even after paying bills you’re not providing good service I request you to look into this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible.
