@airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

@airtelindia @VodafoneGroup @TRAI It's been more than an hr that both the networks has gone for a toss. While every network service provider charges for their services only for 28 days and not for 30 days, still we get this kind of poor services. Not at all acceptable.
