@airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

Not expected at all @airtelindia. I had raised a request for shifting my broadband on the 30th for 4th September and was given confirmation. Yesterday (4th sep) I was told it’ll be done by today and absolutely no update till now. Have been a loyal customer since ‘10.

If your team is unable to serve pls do let me know and return my money back. It just like to run away with my money. Worst experience ever. It was my fault that i decided to choose airtel. Too much frustrated. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pls resolve my prblm if you can.

Forget about 5g and 4g i dont even get a airtel network in my area. @airtelindia please do something about it. Install some more towers so that at least people can make a call. And enjoy your internet services.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Docs submitted to ARC on last2last Thursday for SIM replacement. CC says no details available. No response from Customer Support on Twitter to DMs! Got confirmation ystrdy from ARC that SIM would activate by Saturday night but no update till now.
