@airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

@airtelindia 100% cheating to the customer through fake promotions. Recharged INR 699 for 56 days pack and free Amazon prime subscription. They sent the link, but as per given link, the offer is not available. Called many times to the call center, but no luck

@airtelindia To deconsol the number from family number customer is used like a soccer ball and given false n wrong internal process..pity since 22nd Feb waiting for solution..awesome cc team ..no words..days are numbered before extinct for sure.

@Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia.. I am following up for last 5 days for a dth Disconnection... Tickets are closed without call... No follow up email... Or calls... Not sure what service we are providing here.. So many follow ups don't yield any result
