@airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

@airtelindia I have an unlimited calling pack and still to connect to your customer care I need to have talk time. It is ridiculous! How does that work? What does unlimited call pack mean? I can't make really important calls due to this stupid pack of yours.

Currently a person can be in hospital or severely ill or a relative might be in hospital, but all Airtel cares about is if the customer recharges on time. Very very shameful of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
