    Hello @airtelindia , I have my wife's no attached with my postpaid plan. She lost her phone today , and she needs the duplicate sim.i am currently suffering from diarrhoea and dehydration due to ongoing heatwave in WB. Please provide me support as I can't go to Airtel store now.

    @airtelindia already applied for Airtel black connection but it was not happened. After 7days also money was not returned into my account. I think Airtel cheating other customer also as they did with me.

    Areh whenever I m connecting the other network's hotspot with the Airtel device (because no network now) the signal coming on the Airtel sim,and seeing that when I m disconnecting the hotspot, the signal is also disappearing! Wtf! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown

    @Airtel_Presence I once again generated a SR No. 1014400920 regarding the poorest service being provided by @airtelindia. It is repeatedly happening and nothing is being looked after thoroughly causing huge loss. Please look into the matter. Please note there are 5 connections in our premises.

    @airtelindia Airtel services are getting pathetic complaint no 10108463996 lodged around 6.46 am not resolved even after 12 hrs whereas the file is closed without resolution. Really pathetic.

    I raised complaints since Dec 2022 that #datanotworking or is very slow to @airtelindia: ref 31-4448405021000, 31-4599267536196, 31-4601043657266, 31-4601076041213 @pincode: 743398 but issue still not resolved. Paying a lots & no resolution no bill relief, I'm tired!! @TRAI look

    @airtelindia disappointed being a loyal Airtel customer from decades. Changed my plan to view Netflix but it’s not getting activated due to your internal issue. Customer care can’t help to resolve as well. Why the service is so poor!! Surprised 😯

    @airtelindia My Airtel number since 2009I'm using .now deactivated for non-KYC. I'm in Gurugram but asked to visit AP for reactivate. This is inconvenient it cost me amount of time,money. Couple of mails sent but not resolved. Pls help with alternate KYC process restore number.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 2/2 I need to contact customer care for numerous times to get some details and adding to that my requests section in Airtel app is not working Please make sure to address this asap and this is not expected and really frustrating as we are highly dependent on wifi .

    "I have an active Unlimited 5G plan. Even though I am on the 5G network, my internet completely stops working after 13-14 GB daily. Daily 2GB quota is also exhausted. Resolve this backend FUP issue immediately." @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence Day 11 and the service is still down (not that it matters any more). I have made a request for disconnection (after adjusting for the number of days the service was not available) and the same is pending to be processed. Kindly expedite @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
