Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. The people of our village are very thankful to Airtel for taking this initiative to improve communication facilities in our area. However, the tower installation work appears to be incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. Due to the lack of proper mobile network and internet connectivity, the residents are facing difficulties in communication and online services.
