    @JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

    @airtelindia I never have got as many calls if I ever raised an issue as I have in past 3 days despite making the payment, just coz ur softwares are dated the payment made takes two days to reflect and the amazing part is I don’t even have network on my phone

    You’re a joke @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. While u make tall claims about 4G network in Himalayas, you bloody can’t provide 3G network at Goa Airport. What a shame! I request your team to visit the entire airport area, your network sucks big big time.

    I just spoke to @airtelindia support they gave me 9987244865 number but didn't provide me reference number. Support team is telling me to wait for more 72hrs even after waiting for 72hrs. I need this issue to be resolved asap. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a post paid customer of Airtel and also a DTH user. My settop box is not working for past 7 days. Box that is not working is SD. I am ready to upgrade. But no response from your local dealer. My money too is getting deducted. Solution pls.

    @airtelindia Your 3G and 4G services don't work in Vasco Goa area. Very bad network here. Range drops to zero level and regains after 1 min.

    @Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

    This is plain ridiculous. Earlier i would get confirmation emails as soon as IR pack was activated. No more. Customer care is totally passive as well. Been a customer for a decade @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but I think time to port if a simple request is so painful.

    I don't know about other departments and companies but the most incompetent company is @airtelindia , from the day I have bought their xtream fiber connection I am facing issues and guess what they have no customer support no resolution to complains.

    @airtelindia Utter disappointing service.... had booked re installation request on 23rd ... and today its 25th and its not done yet..ur regional manager sent a guy with no wire who said will come bk n never returned or answered calls...ridiculous how he even became mgr.. 997741

    2–3 signal bars, but internet almost unusable all day. @airtelindia 3 months of complaints, still no fix. Data wasted daily, calls not working, zero accountability. Stop closing complaints without resolution. 48 hours or escalating to TRAI + consumer court.
