@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I ported from Vodafone to Airtel because of better service and internet speed. But with Airtel basic coverage area in Goa is very bad. I regret my decision & planning to switch again. @goacm is also not working honestly for improvement in this issue.

@airtelindia have been asking for an advance reversal. Have talked to six agents over the past one month with promise of resolution and no action. Even ticket number was cancelled unilaterally by Airtel. Agents are Ilma, Misbah, Jitender, Kamsar, Ghulam Pare and Ruqiya today.
