    Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio @JioCare Their network is proving very troublesome, so if you have any advantages like you, especially the support I need is that the caller tunes are unlimited, then I will use your SIM 👉🏻@airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have active postpaid and wifi connection which was supposed to get merged as black connection on purchase. Till date its not merged and i am getting 2 different bills. Who will bear the bill cost This is complete forgery and pathetic service

    What I meant to say was that the @airtelindia services are worst. Even 4G speed is not good. @DoT_India @JM_Scindia. 5G on paper.

    Dear @airtelindia fed up with weak network, no internet on AirWiFi,No proper network either. Issue every weekend (Fri–Mon) for past month. Just false promises that an engineer will visit,no one comes. Same issue again today. Useless service. Might port to #JioAirFiber

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is regarding service request no. 11028269512. No wifi network since yesterday. Complaint twice but no resolution yet. Called yesterday & the person said he has escalated this to the supervisor but seems the supervisor is enjoying the weekend.

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi @airtel I have sent several emails from yesterday stating please cancel this request however no update from your end.Also I told the technician and other expert morning that it was raised mistakenly I don't need Airtel wifi. Please cancel this asap

    @airtelindia Incoming calls on my Airtel no. 9997307866 are getting disconnected automatically. This is causing serious inconvenience. Complaint ticket no. CLCNF3DEL20260411486495 has already been registered, but the issue still continues. #Airtel #NetworkIssue #CallDrop

    @airtelindia Facing a serious issue with my home internet connection in Jaipur (Chandpole, Chudi Bazar, Gani Manzil, opposite Hawa Mahal Bangles). The internet wire has been damaged for the past 4 days, and my household has been completely without service.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Unacceptable service. Same issue in Dec 2025 took 2 weeks. Now again eSIM transfer (12→14 Pro) failed after confirmation, no QR for 2 days. Old eSIM deactivated, no network. Forcing store/KYC while I’m abroad is not feasible. Fix this & send QR or reactivate now.
