Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago My broadband account got disconnected on 7 June, raised this with 121 support multiple times and contacted senior over email after waiting reasonable time but all keep saying my connection will resume in 24 hrs but no resolution yet.
