Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I just got a new connection to Airtel Xtreme Fiber today and my internet has not started from the time of installation. I raised one service request (10040635905) for that but no one responded and closed that ticket also. This type of service is not expected from @airtelindia
