Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia horrible experience with AIRTEL DTH. Dont recommend at all. They have to rally messed up my connection. Their back end can't get payment link even after 4 hours after installation. Also, technician goofed up whileraising bill for extra cable.Service crntres r fraud.
