@airtelindia SIM card stopped working. When visited Airtel store they said pay Rs.30 and SIM needs to be replaced. Do you really charge to your existing customers when SIM stops working and needs replacement. Not satisfied with the way the issue was handled. Planning to port now.

Worst service ever @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . My father has been using an Airtel number for more than 20 years and yesterday his sim got broke due to which we took new. But after 2 days, endless customer care calls and many airtel store visit the sim is still not active.
