    when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia we reach out to customer care to share our grievances so that company can look into it & work on correcting it which is something you keep asking us. To rectify a internet issue, had reported your customer care people inform us that they need 10days to rectify?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence your wifi is pathetic..evey second day it goes off in Andheri east area, mumbai. What is an issue, why cant you resolve in one go. Work from home getting impacted badly. Yr thank app is also of no use.

    @Im_himanshu @airtelindia If this is situation in Delhi, how come other cities are treated. Pune is having pathetic network issue, chased for +2 years, but then I thought to give up. They are good for nothing.

    @Airtel_Presence What about internet speed ? Process is now days too easy but we pays thousands of rupees every year and getting stress due to slow internet speed. @airtelindia

    @ETNOWlive @airtelindia The helpline of Airtel has already collapsed. I lodged a network issue complaint on march 1 , 2021 but till now @Airtel_Presence says they are looking into the matter.
