    @airtelindia my fasttag account got deducted in a location unknown and deactivated when my car did not even leave my house. I have been trying to contact your fasttag care for resolution, without success. I subsequently recharged INR 200 and you added 50 to balance? Clarify?

    @metrorailwaykol @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw please improve the mobile connectivity in metro tunnels and stations of Kolkata metro. Signal not consistent. Is there a any body to check for problems regularly? Is somebody bothered? Or you guys wait for complaints to act?
