Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I was with 8 MBPS Copper since years... Shifted to 40 MBPS Fibre 3 Months back and 100 MBPS a month back... Your 8 MBPS was better... Fibre sucks... Similarly Mobile Network has gone completely haywire... @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews
