Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence never expected airtel customer service would become poor to this level. Frm last 6 months I have been requesting to remove a broadband and a mobile connection from Airtel black plan but no one listen. Pathetic service, even poorer than Govt services.
