Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Strange things happening. My Airtel sim stopped working on 31 Jan. Airtel service center issued duplicate sim charging Rs25. It is not activated as yet. Visited the center again. I am told details don't match. How in an aadhaar seeded number that can happen?

@airtelindia In Dharmapuri (636701) the network speed is gradually reducing. Many locations doesn't have indoor coverage. The repeated complaints doesn't yield anything. If not addressed swiftly, people will look for alternatives. Wake up Airtel...

@airtelindia Sir your service very poor.I requested for new broadband connection about 10 times...but only one simple massage for installation send but no further action taken by you..please conform how much time taken for new broadband connection ...i think 1 year is sufficient or not
