    @thetrickytrade @airtelindia Agreed. Thanks to my reach on X, the Airtel social media team put in a lot of effort and finally resolved it from the backend. I had tried the same with the telecom customer service team before posting on X, but their efforts were minimal and also not fruitful. @airtelindia

    Paying such high telecom charges but still not getting even basic service. Calls frequently get cross-connected, which is extremely concerning. What exactly are we paying for? This needs to be addressed. @airtelindia @TRAI @airtel

    So something horrible and funny happened today @airtelindia when you make a complaint , you are the technician you are the troubleshooter, they tell you to reset the device over a call as they refuse to visit as they are busy! What times of AI are we living in ! **** service !

    @Airtel_Presence 3 days, 3 calls to 121, multiple DMs — still no fix. 2GB daily data consumed on 5G despite unlimited 5G active. Internet dies daily once 2GB exhausts. Technical error on your end. Please escalate! @airtel_presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm placing request in airtel thanks app for new IP Tv connection, I haven't received any call from support. I'm existing black customer and it's disbundled for IP tv, it's difficult to reach support for IP tv.
