@airtelindia I recharged from Airtel thanks app using an offer showing in the same during recharge but after recharge benefits not provided and on complaint, the team (Ramkumari- Senior officer) refused to entertain and provide a solution. Kindly help as this is pathetic service

Day 23, cellular services not fixed in Paramount, ToliChowki, Hyderabad & no effort from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to fix the same. It's been months since service is horrible, it's only that it's brought to your notice 23 days back.
