    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i hav been trying to switch from prepaid to postpaid i went to all the stores here in my city there is not a single store who can help me with such a service i dint recharges because of it and i can't use it now how can u dont have a proper store

    The signal strength and broadband speed in C block East of Kailash is extremely bad. One cannot receive or make calls from inside the house. Net by evening is only buffering. Last 2years @airtelindia has been promising a new tower for improvement but nothing is moving.

    @airtelindia BGMI has launched officially then why till there is network issue in game. Even I can't properly send messages in whatsapp also. You guys are providing worst service I have been using postpaid for almost 4 months and raised many complaints but none of them resolved

    Why @Sonytv channels are not visible on Airtel Xtreme. No sony channel are being broadcasted .Please fix the issue . Hope you will solve my problem. 🙏 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .

    Dear @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence Always sending a message that you have upgraded the network is of no use, I consistently get very poor speed despite paying for 4G data, you are reason of me being late on a lot of my work, why can't you provide at least ok service?

    @Airtel_Presence I lost hope and my patience, I think this issues will not resolve, I never expected this kind of service ever from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, give a timeline when it will resolve or else suggest me shall I drop from Airtel service..

    @airtelindia im facing connectivity issues i can only connect to internet when im in the call when i tried to report the problem via coustumer care they just took my response when i tried to report in airtel thanks i couldn't what are the choices i have?

    @airtelindia your network is only sucking off-late. Frequent call drops no internet speed and also if the call fails to drop the other person is not able to hear me! Switching to jio seems to be the only option!
