    Received a call just now from customer care and can’t believe the TAT which they provide for resolution of problem is - 23rd dec 22 by 6pm. Can you even imagine how would my father be working without internet for 2 days. @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia my broadband has been down for over 48 hours, Prem from your service has been saying he’ll come to service in 10 mins for 48 hours and has now completely stopped responding to our calls. His number is +91 93118 95272, I have all calls recordings of him
