@airtelindia Your IVR service is completely useless. I’m looking to find the email I’d associated for my number to convert it to esim. But I’m neither getting any option in IVR to know my email I’d nor I’m provided an option to talk to any agent.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelcomplaint myself 9861357565 Since 26 jan complaint registered not resolved till now. Visited Airtel off ,called 121 & complained on Airtel app. More then 20 times compliant registered.. This is how you respond to a BLACK customer.
