@airtelindia 6 MONTHS without a solution from Airtel.Unprofessional behavior from your customer experience agent,claims to be Monu Dalal-Team Leader for Prepaid. Couldn't give me a solution, told me to hold then cut the call without even transferring to his superior. PATHETIC!!!!

@airtelindia Since 24th December, I have been raising request with ur customer care number to shift my wifi connection but seemingly u ppl have given up to market pressure. Finally raised a request to disconnect wifi and m moving consumer court against ur unprofessional conduct.

I recharged my Airtel on 16th Dec of amount 449rs on gpay via Airtel thanks app, the mount got deducted but recharge never happened..i was told to wait 10 days for refund..i wait but my amount never refunded..plzz help @GooglePayIndia @TheOfficialSBI @airtelindia
