    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i hav been trying to switch from prepaid to postpaid i went to all the stores here in my city there is not a single store who can help me with such a service i dint recharges because of it and i can't use it now how can u dont have a proper store

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia there is an internet outage in my area since yesterday evening. this is happening again after 10th march which is a day long outage. It was said that they took day to fix this permanently. Does permanent mean 15/20 days?

    My @airtelindia Xtream Fibre wifi is down from the past two days. The customer support 121 has no idea what the problem is. They keep prolonging the expected resume time, 2 PM then 5PM then 7 PM and the they tell it will be fixed the next day. SR no. 129104438. @Airtel_Presence.

    I rasised an issue for closing my airtel wallet Ac on 16 march n telephone verification done on 18 march. Still my request haven't proceed yet even though dey told it ll take 1 working day to proceed. Worst service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
