@airtelindia @rsprasad they spread fake lies through the ads about their strong network across India on remote locations. I m in 1 of most happening place of India, in Goa, network is so weak that not able to send normal texts or do phone calls. Part 1 @RailMinIndia @PiyushGoyal

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i hav been trying to switch from prepaid to postpaid i went to all the stores here in my city there is not a single store who can help me with such a service i dint recharges because of it and i can't use it now how can u dont have a proper store

Hello @airtelindia . Despite multiple phone calls, to your customer care, supervisors and manager, you still haven't upgraded my plan from 4 days . And also giving lame excuses that modem needs to be changed when the router is already compatible for the needed plan.

@airtelindia hi, I am a very old client of airtel india. I am also airtel black account holder. Have a xstream box as well. Have been waiting for your executive to come and connect my xstream box to my account and activate it. But extremely disappointed with your service. Useless

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence one of the most useless service available. I am an airtel black customer. Have an xstream box. Waiting for an executive to come since 4 days and upgrade my current dth connection. Local executive always in training. Never responds and only excuses.
