    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i hav been trying to switch from prepaid to postpaid i went to all the stores here in my city there is not a single store who can help me with such a service i dint recharges because of it and i can't use it now how can u dont have a proper store

    @airtelindia Pathetic service, I regret getting your broadband connection. Have been trying to get a resolution for my broadband billing concern but such is the unprofessional attitude of your cc executives that they make false promises to end the call.

    this is sagar i just want to cancel my airtel broadband, which was i order but even after 7-8 days i did't get it and i call 3 times to the customer care about cancellation and all the time they said we will call you back but they did't call @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
