It is the worst experience ever and my money has been blocked since past 4 months now. Rs.3,500+ needs to be refunded but nobody is helping me with this case and @airtelindia support is also not at all helpful and efficient.

@airtelindia it has been over 4 months since your agent did a fraud while setting up the connection and the refund for my broadband disconnection has been pending ever since. I am tired of seeing your automated responses over email and need a final resolution. @jagograhakjago
