Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

Received on 5th day that too after multiple claims. Now the actual phone number is not visible anywhere in the sim envelope and customer care cant tell me my new phone number, and above all this cc executive said he dont know the steps to activate a new sim. This is for the airtel black customer.
