    @airtelindia horrible DTH service in Goa. I think it’s time to switch to a different service provider. Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

    @JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

    Come on @airtelindia now that @Apple has extended support to enable 5G on iPhone in India with iOS 16.2 and I have enabled it in the settings. Make your 5G live here in Goa asap now!!!

    Hey @airtelindia , I have been suffering over your network as the Internet connectivity keeps toggling between 2g and 4g. And since from this morning there is literally no sign of connective signal. Resolve my isse ASAP as I won't mind going for some other operator.

    @airtelindia it's been 7 days since i complained that i am not getting unlimited 5g, Data is being deducted from my 4g balance while using 5g. My system is updated and i can use unlimited 5g in my other airtel sim. Why is it that the customer care don't help. @stufflistings .

    @airtelindia earlier outgoing service worked for at least sometime after expiry. Now the moment validity ends the line practically useless causing mental harassment to make just one call, customers are not ATM @airtelindia please understand that and provide the solution asap.

    frustrating is that despite my WiFi being completely disconnected since April 1st, I was still forced to pay the bill. This is absolutely unacceptable and clearly reflects the pathetic level of Airtel’s customer service and commitment towards its user.@airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia You have pathetic services in Ferozepur.I have been raising online complaints wrt slow speed of internet, no technician has visited but online status is showing that issue has been resolved. I hope that my queries will be resolved.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have moved from Gurgaon to Pune & accordingly raised a request to shift my wifi connection to Pune on 1st May (request id 10926299883). I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests fir poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was c9ntacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).
