Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

No network since afternoon; all family members affected, while Jio works fine. 1-hour resolution was assured but not met. During power cuts, no signal on ground floor.
