There are problems in network at so many places. After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

Everytime I am told that connection will be restored by X AM, Y PM but nothing resolved so far. Disgusting!!! I will drop the Airtel connection now.
