The number is currently registered to my sister, and I, Saiyam Agarwal, want to transfer it to my name. On 08 Aug 2026, both of us physically visited AIRTEL STORE - SPECTRUM HOUSE, SILIGURI, with our documents. The store refused to process the transfer because it is a prepaid connection and told us to first convert it to Postpaid and then wait another 4 months for ownership transfer. Please clarify if this is actually Airtel's policy. and intervene to process the ownership transfer as per the applicable procedure.

Kindly resolve this issue on priority and activate these 4 benefits on my current number as soon as possible. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .
