    What use is your commitment of being the best, when you can't even provide an ETA. Since yesterday there is a fixed line outage, on calling up customercare, all we get is that it'll be fixed by 8PM, then 11PM,then 11AM,then 3PM and now no response! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Just had the worst sales call experience with @airtelindia The executive wasn't answering the questions properly and when I asked the same question twice, he just hung up the call. Didn't expect this from a company which is so good at CX.

    very bad service provided by @airtelindia recharge done but not reflected trying to contact customer care unable to connect tried number of times. @TRAI see how the telecom providers are not looking into the matters there has been a 1 month still not get refund for it
