What use is your commitment of being the best, when you can't even provide an ETA. Since yesterday there is a fixed line outage, on calling up customercare, all we get is that it'll be fixed by 8PM, then 11PM,then 11AM,then 3PM and now no response! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Is it true network speed between normal sims and sims for data plan is different.I was advised by an airtel executive in a store today that if I put a prepaid card in a dongle, it won't give me such a good speed;but a postpaid sim with a data plan will offer better.
