    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews what kind of service do you have. From last 2 months after several complaints I am paying for 100 Mbps speed and my modem is 40mbps. Your service engineer pavan kumar yadav has forcefully changed the modem and given an old modem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please note that in whitefield area, Prithvi layout Airtel network in very poor. Tooooo bad. Voice as well Internet so poor that I need to run out to receive call. Funny that you claim yours is fastest internet.

    @trai @airtelindia #Airtelblack shock to see that taxes on ₹153 plan of dth in the new upgrade as airtel black. As per trai the NCF plan of 153 for 200 channel already includes gst (taxes). Then how can a company charge the taxes on the service which includes tax amount.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Team, pride moment with 5G but on the other hand services in Airtel is a problem, I am Airtel Customer since 1997 and I am suffering now more than 2 weeks to replace two faulty Sims. Approvals, backend process, verification although all my documents are genuine.
