What use is your commitment of being the best, when you can't even provide an ETA. Since yesterday there is a fixed line outage, on calling up customercare, all we get is that it'll be fixed by 8PM, then 11PM,then 11AM,then 3PM and now no response! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia is not at all listening to the consumers. I feel like why I have ported to @airtelindia from my pervious service provider. I have 2 complaints on my airtel thanks app and it been there from my 1 week and no reply from @airtelindia.. Very disappointed.
