@airtelindia @TRAI Very disappointing experience at the Airtel store at 18 Netaji Colony, Tobin Road, Kolkata. I visited for SIM reissue after confirmation from customer care, but the store executive refused service and behaved rudely. Requesting to look into this and help

@airtelindia This is very disappointing. I recharged with a plan that promised 2GB/day + unlimited data, but after the recharge I can only use 2GB and the “unlimited” data is not working at all. On top of that, the network is extremely poor and the signal keeps dropping.
