The old device has so many problems like it restart every 15 to 20 minutes. I have made complaint to service engineer but they failed to solve my problem. I raised a WiFi shifting request on 31st July 2026, but even after several days, there has been no resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, your team is neither processing the request nor providing a clear update. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when customers depend on your broadband for work and daily use. Kindly resolve my WiFi shifting request on priority instead of making customers wait endlessly.
