    @airtelindia @airtelindia Also, I have spent 24k for the dongle and now unable to even open a page. Hope I have not wasted the hard earned money I have spent. All the customer care says is tech issue, no issue with dongle, within 8days issue will be resolved. Sad..Unacceptable!

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel I will DM you, but it was an on the spot issue. How will anyone address it later? If they came without PPE and installed the device and left, how do you address it later? Whatever contamination had to happen has happened isn’t it

    @airtelindia Hi team, not sure how u wud answer all our questions... Let alone you aint responding to my constant tweets. Inspite of strong signal strength, I am hardly getting 1kbps speed with dongle. I hv to wait 8 days for the resolution. Till then how will I work from home ??

    So we applied for a lease line for our office from @airtelindia in mid September. On the service contract we signed it was written that all installation will be completed in a month. There was complete radio silence for a month. (1/4)

    Then @airtelindia started harassing on phone for us to not cancel the order. They never apologized and despite repeatedly telling them to not proceed with the order any further they had thr audacity to send their Fibre team to the office today to forcibly install the fiber! (3/4)
