    Your service in mumbai was good when I was there, But it sucks in my hometown, so slow net speed, I have to run with my handset to get a proper speed with in my house. Your towers show 4g connectivity near by but sucks in Speed. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #airtelusers

    No action was taken and the complaints were closed without talking to customer. That shows how customer centric is Bharti Airtel group is. Wish i could port my number again to Vodafone (90days lock) as i dont expect any solution from Airtel. @TRAI @airtelindia @ViVodaidea
