    Your service in mumbai was good when I was there, But it sucks in my hometown, so slow net speed, I have to run with my handset to get a proper speed with in my house. Your towers show 4g connectivity near by but sucks in Speed. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #airtelusers

    What a service @Airtel_Presence Your customer services are aling down. Just swiped my sim for showing no network. Mb no 9954041818 Ur service provider said it will take 24-48hrs to retain network in new sim. @airtelindia kindly check

    @Airtel_Presence Looted 350rs and not activated the sim though it had been 30hrs since the sim purchasing time. Your worst team is advising me to call the @airtelindia customer care number 121/198 to settle this matter but I am unable to make a single call. Wasted time and money. @reliancejio

    @airtelindia you need to change your response templates. Just copy paste is not good solution. If my phone was busy in other call means you can not term that as "No Response from Your End". when you don't have Call Back facility to such numbers, how can you tell I didn't respond?

    @airtelindia Ticket. 126093216 You call ur service amazing and u would like to reach 0 issues one day but your attitude doesnt reflect the same. After 5-10 calls to your customer care and waiting for 3 days to resolve a small shifting request I am told plz wait 24 hrs. So Sad.

    @airtelindia getting poor internet speed from past 2 months in my area special indoor . Before this getting good speed in indoor also. Please check
