    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Pathetic service from Airtel customer care. No callback after consistent followup. Mail sent and no response after 1 week. Agent like Anshu not even trained properly to take customer calls. Worst is no managers available on the floor. Huh

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your network has issues at the food court at Infinity Mall, Malad West, Mumbai. Have raised the issue multiple times on your app. Pls look into this as digital payments are affected at retail outlets

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my number recently with Rs3499. It was mentioned that I would get Amazon prime video and hotstar subscription for an year with this recharge. But when I went through your Airtel thanks app to activate them, I couldn't find hotstar . Help
