Your service in mumbai was good when I was there, But it sucks in my hometown, so slow net speed, I have to run with my handset to get a proper speed with in my house. Your towers show 4g connectivity near by but sucks in Speed. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #airtelusers

What a service @Airtel_Presence Your customer services are aling down. Just swiped my sim for showing no network. Mb no 9954041818 Ur service provider said it will take 24-48hrs to retain network in new sim. @airtelindia kindly check

If any want to shift on @airtelindia please don't shift I am postpaid user and their network courage and internet speed feels you like your are sitting in the hell. I raise a complaint.they even not listen. Then I shifted to @JioCare prepaid their service better than @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This guy Narendra Rao(engineer) is a scam. He called me and said that ur config was bad and they reset the config now internet will work fine. Called me atleast 5 times to get happy code n forced me to give w/o checking. Today internet is down.
