So a brand new @airtelindia xtreme connection is costing 2499. But if you want to upgrade from your existing airtel DTH then you pay 2549. What kind of mad pricing is this? Shouldn't existing customer pay less?

@airtelindia Every 6 - 8 months I have to pay for a new set top box as the old ones stop working, and it is a regular process for me (Customer I'd: 3007686732). Unless I get a better resolution, it is time to move on from airtel as it is really not a profitable relationship.

@airtelindia @airtel HELP!! I have an airtel broadband, 1 year back on copper wire connection which was already damaged at several points so not getting proper speed and fluctuations a lot. at the time of connection Airtel team promised me to switch on fibre when available.
