Your service in mumbai was good when I was there, But it sucks in my hometown, so slow net speed, I have to run with my handset to get a proper speed with in my house. Your towers show 4g connectivity near by but sucks in Speed. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #airtelusers

I cancelled my Airtel WiFi subscription on 10 March after being informed that fiber isn’t available in my area. I’ve still been charged ₹1500 and haven’t received a refund. The service engineer is also not responding to my calls. I’m happy to share further details @airtelindia
