@Airtel_Presence Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had been given a time till 23rd Feb to solve the network issue. Today is 27th and I am still facing network issues and "E" or "H+" in the name of 4G. Do you want customers to port to a different network? Your service is and will be worthless!!

@SownakR @airtelindia To get through to customer care and talk to a real person, the IVR takes you for a ride. I hate those Product Managers who complicate things on purpose for the users. My friend pressed random buttons and was able to get through. Option 9 is key.
