@airtelindia innumerable complaints on the Airtel Thanks app since November, where the open SRs gets moved to Closed SRs without a change in my internet issues or any contact from your side, now the issue has upgraded call drop and voice cracking. Have you guys given up on life?

@Airtel_Presence Aren't you ashamed of giving such replies? For your kind information there is a whole tower inside the IIT Guwahati campus which belongs to @airtelindia (or so I know). Yet there is so bad 4G network! You are being paid by customers for this 💩 network?!

@Airtel_Presence Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had been given a time till 23rd Feb to solve the network issue. Today is 27th and I am still facing network issues and "E" or "H+" in the name of 4G. Do you want customers to port to a different network? Your service is and will be worthless!!

@airtelindia my internet connection is not working for couple of days there's DNS server error on your end, I tried to reach out but was only greeted with bots, on Airtel app it says my complaint will get resolve by 16/3/2022, who will pay me back 8 days lost in resolving query.

@airtelindia just tried porting my postpaid to your network, but the sim delivery guy asked Airtel is not paying him to deliver the SIM at home and will be charged 300 and he will not provide receipt for this. Really is this your working model
