@airtelindia why airtel network has become so slow at Sreenagar area in #Guwahati ? Everytime there is a message from @Airtel_Presence that maintanence is going on but network never improves. Being an @airtelnews customer for over s decade, I feel highly dissatisfied.

The toll free is awful, regional office is awful. Have to cut rounds of the office numerous times just because the internet doesn’t work. Customers don’t matter to them. Porting out instantly. Please do not choose @airtelindia , opt for any other company. @Airtel_Presence #airtel

@airtelindia Never go with extreme digital DTH. Since installation I have problem with defective box and nothing they are doing in spite of many call escalation and close ticket without resolving issue. Engineer saying something and help desk saying different and you have no evidence to proof

@airtelindia Airtel Agra Sales team is cheating they are taking money for fiber 100 Mbps unlimited Plan for 6 months abut giving Ciper plan instead whuch has 100GB download limit. Now after 1 month as download limit completed. Now when I ask them to fix they are not responding.
