For your kind information there is a whole tower inside the IIT Guwahati campus which belongs to @airtelindia (or so I know). Yet there is so bad 4G network! Today is 27th and I am still facing network issues and "E" or "H+" in the name of 4G. Do you want customers to port to a different network? Your service is and will be worthless!!

My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

After raising the request the chatbot has been issued a service request number assigned to the engineer but no one responded. Today without resolving the issues the engineer went away.
