    @Airtel_Presence I once again generated a SR No. 1014400920 regarding the poorest service being provided by @airtelindia. It is repeatedly happening and nothing is being looked after thoroughly causing huge loss. Please look into the matter. Please note there are 5 connections in our premises.

    @airtelindia has hired **** in Kolkata region they always recommend for a competitor if we asked for Airtel broadband. Same goes to customer support. Shame on you people. I was thinking that airtel will come back but it's sucking itself.

    Everyday @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is going from bad to worse. Last night almost no data connection and since morning it's patchy. Never seen the 4G+ working in full swing. It's been 16 years since this circle ⭕ guess time to switch.

I also tried contacting customer care, but after dialing the required numbers, the call gets disconnected without connecting me to an executive.     Airtel is providing resolution date as 13 June 2026 for complaint registered today for outage of internet/broadband service. Do airtel needs 15 days to resolve complaints. It's very socking!! @AshwiniVaishnaw @airtelindia
